In our country,state-owned enterprises have always been in a fundamental position in the socialist market economic system.Company A is a local state-owned enterprise,which undertakes functions of resolving government debt,revitalizing state-owned assets,and realizing the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets.The company has developed rapidly since its establishment,and it has now become an enterprise with nine wholly-owned subsidiaries,four holding companies,and three joint stock companies.With the expansion of the scale of the company,if company A wants to achieve efficient operation and stable development,it needs to establish an employee performance appraisal system that is more in line with the company's actual and modern enterprise management concepts.This article first analyzes the actual situation of company A's performance appraisal through literature research,case analysis,questionnaire survey,etc.,and clarifies the company's performance evaluation of employee performance evaluation,employee evaluation organization and implementation,evaluation results feedback and There are still obvious deficiencies in the application,and the reasons for the problems affecting the performance evaluation of Company A are analyzed.In order to ensure the improvement of company A's performance appraisal,this paper adopts the theories including balanced score card,360-degree evaluation method,etc.to optimize the adjustment of the determination and application of employee assessment levels,performance assessment cycle and performance feedback.By optimizing the performance appraisal system of company A,more business activities can be linked to the company's performance,so that performance evaluation can be used to better promote the realization of company A's strategic goals.At the same time,this article studies and puts forward the guarantee measures to carry out performance appraisal for A company to implement relevant performance appraisal plan.
