In recent years,there are still many unstable and uncontrollable factors in the economic environment of all countries.The situation is even more complex and not optimistic.In such an economic environment,the competition among Chinese commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce,and the most basic and important element in the market is actually the competition among excellent talents.Therefore,it is very important to use an appropriate performance evaluation system to motivate employees.Since the reform and opening up in China,there has been a big development trend in urban commercial banks.Among them,China Merchants Bank is outstanding,BE called the "KING of retail" in the city commercial bank.The difference with many banks is that the net interest income of China Merchants Bank accounts for half of its income.Especially for ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank,its loan business leads the debt business process in terms of profit,making a great contribution to the income level of the branch.With the development of market economy Chinese commercial banks have established a relatively complete corporate governance mechanism and management mechanism.Shijiazhuang Branch of China Merchants Bank maintained a rapid and steady development trend,but the growth trend of performance became slightly slower.As can be seen from this,our present commercial bank develops rapidly,and the survival pressure grows with each passing day.As a result,China Merchants Bank has become a mainstay of China’s capital markets,but it still suffers from development weaknesses.In order to maintain an advantage in the competitive situation,we should continue to integrate into the needs of the development of the market economy and keep pace with the development of international banks to maintain overall efficiency.In such a severe situation,a reasonable performance evaluation system is needed to achieve sustainable development and operation.At present,the performance evaluation system of China Merchants Bank focuses on financial indicators to judge its overall bank performance,while ignoring non-financial indicators.The existing performance evaluation system can not be integrated into the efficient development of the current market,so how to create a comprehensive,scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system will become very important.Through the research on the performance evaluation of the grass-roots staff in the credit department of ZZ branch of China Merchants Bank,a new performance evaluation system is summarized.From the formulation principles of performance evaluation,the determination of specific indicators and weights,the implementation and management of plans,performance evaluation and feedback to the results of performance evaluation,they are linked together and reasonably planned,which can provide sufficient reference significance for the banking industry to formulate performance evaluation for credit employees. |
