Nowadays, the vigorous development of modern shopping mall. C companies as one of the Large shopping malls, if want to survive and develop in the huge competition pressure, to establish a perfect and scientific performance appraisal system is one of the important guarantee to enhance its operation and management ability. Because a higher percentage of grass-roots staff C company, and research its performance appraisal is particularly important.This paper is the study of C company grass-roots staff performance appraisal. To begin with, based on the human resources and performance appraisal of the current situation of the company, points out the main problems, such as the appraisal index is not scientific, the appraisal standard is unclear, analysis of the influence factors on three levels that the company, managers, and grass-roots staff; Then, put forward improvement program, using management by objectives, key performance indicators method and 360 degree performance appraisal method to make design improvements for performance appraisal that appraisal main body, index system, appraisal method, etc. Finally, puts forward the program of the implementation of the relevant safeguards. Hope that through this research, the establishment of a reasonable and perfect appraisal system, effectively solve the main problem in the grass-roots staff performance appraisal in C company, enhance the strength of the company, and provides the reference for the similar company.
