In recent years,the Chinese government has increased the supply-side structural adjustment of the industry,using modern science and technology to fully promote social and economic development.As an important aspect of my country’s economic development,the financial industry has faced unprecedented opportunities and challenges with the support of financial technology.In order to increase economic returns,my country s commercial banking industry continuously improves performance management capabilities and levels,and meets the ever-developing social needs and economic environment at home and abroad.This paper studies the optimization of the performance appraisal system of the grassroots staff in Xin Hua sub-branch of Bank A,and defines the concepts including bank,performance and performance appraisal,according to the thought of finding and solving problems,the paper discusses performance management theory,Equity theory theory and goal consistency theory in detail,which lays the theoretical foundation for the full text.Through the overall development of banks and staff performance appraisal of the Status Quo,the bank’s assessment of the objectives and principles,organizational structure and process,data statistics,results of the application are summarized.At the same time,through the design of questionnaires to grass-roots staff performance appraisal problems are analyzed,according to the survey data,summed up the current performance appraisal management problems.By designing the performance management system for the staff of the branch,the principle and objective of the optimized design of the performance appraisal scheme of the branch are defined,the method,object and subject of the optimized performance appraisal scheme are optimized,and the weight of the index of the performance appraisal is designed,this paper analyzes all the data and modules by using analytic hierarchy process,determines the relevant data of key dimension indicators,and explains the feedback method of performance appraisal results.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the optimization of the performance appraisal of the branch,and puts forward the implementation countermeasures of the performance appraisal scheme.The research on the optimization of the performance appraisal system for the grassroots staff of Xin Hua sub-branch of Bank A can effectively improve the level of human resource management in the sub-branch,and provide more possibilities for the promotion of the sub-branch’s economic income and the overall development strategy,and for other banks to provide more theoretical and practical guidance of performance management.
