In today's society,talent is the most important.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment,the competition between enterprises gradually turns into competition between talents.Therefore,cultivating talents in enterprises has become one of the most effective countermeasures.It is especially important to formulate a professional and comprehensive training management progect,because it is one of the necessary conditions for enterprises to compete with others.Anchen Xinyuan company is a company which manages the technical development and service in the field of network science and technology as well as the sales of computer system software and hardware.It mainly provides customers with sound after-sales service for products and technologies.These after-sales services require the participation and cooperation of grass-roots employees.In other words,grass-roots employees are the core personnel of the company,and they guarantee the normal operation of the company.After research,it is found that Anchen Xinyuan company has many problems in the training and management project of grass-roots employees,resulting in the company's grass-roots employees' training effect is not obvious and the efficiency is low.Such a training environment cannot expand the growth space of the company's grass-roots employees' knowledge and skills,resulting in a lack of learning ability and a reduction in comprehensive quality.In the long run,grass-roots employees have a weaker sense of belonging to the company and a significant loss of talent,which weakens the company's ability to compete with other companies and affects the company's efficiency and development.This thesis uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate and analyze the training needs of the company's grass-roots employees,and restructures the training and management plan of Anchen Xinyuan's grass-roots employees,including the company's current situation as the background,examine the problems existing in training management and analyze their causes;organize the training needs of grass-roots employees and make a summary analysis,formulate training plans and implement them,use the Koch's four-level evaluation model to evaluate training effects,improve and perfect the training management plan in a targeted manner,provide guarantee for the company's grass-roots employees training management plan from three aspects of corporate culture,system and organization,and ensure the implementation of the plan.The research results of this thesis provide a systematic training management project for Anchen Xinyuan Company,hoping to improve the company's training efficiency,reduce the turnover rate of grass-roots employees,promote the growth of the company's overall turnover and profit level,ensure normal and efficient operation of the company.In a word,I hope that the training management plan studied in this paper can help the company's training management work and make the company stand out from the competition in the field of network technology.At the same time,it is also hoped that the grass-roots employees training and management plan formulated by the company can establish a practice template for the training management plan for companies in the same industry,which is beneficial to reference and improvement of similar companies.
