Research On The Development Strategy Of Migrant Workers Returning Home To Start Businesses

In the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,it was clearly stated that "we should fully support and encourage farmers to find jobs and start businesses".We will implement the rural revitalization strategy,give top priority to the development of rural agriculture,and value and encourage farmers to start businesses locally and return to their hometowns.The government will also provide financial and technical support for local farmers to start their own businesses.The development of characteristic industrial towns is also a key measure to boost rural revitalization,and an important carrier to promote industrial transformation and upgrading under the new normal of economy.Since 2019,Lu ’an Dingji wedding town was included in the first batch of characteristic towns in Lu’ an to create the list,all the work is being carried out in an orderly way,Dingji wedding town is also as a demonstration of Lu’an returning home entrepreneurship park,leading the returning migrant workers to achieve increased income.Based on demand theory,theory of push and pull theory,externality theory and industrial cluster theory,this paper adopts questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to study how Dingji town drives returning migrant workers to start their own businesses.This paper studies the process of industrial development of characteristic towns to drive migrant workers returning home to start their own businesses,in order to enrich the relevant theoretical connotation of migrant workers returning home to start their own business and township characteristic towns,and to provide a reference for the development of rural characteristic towns to boost rural revitalization.
