Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Migrant Workers’ Entrepreneurship Policy On Entrepreneurship Performance

Actively promoting migrant workers’ return home and start a business can not only broaden farmers’ employment channels and increase farmers’ income,but also increase jobs for the transfer of rural surplus labor force.It can also make capital,technology,information and other resources flow from cities to rural areas and promote rural revitalization.The state attaches great importance to the problem of migrant workers returning home to start a business,and puts forward "improving the policies and measures to promote entrepreneurship and promote employment,and bringing farmers’ local entrepreneurship into the scope of policy support".This plays a great role in stimulating the enthusiasm of migrant workers to start their own businesses and creating a social atmosphere that encourages and helps migrant workers to start their own businesses.However,how to guide migrant workers to obtain entrepreneurial resources and improve entrepreneurial performance through the guidance and support from entrepreneurial policies,the existing research cannot be fully answered this question.The answers of this questions are not only the basic premise for the government to optimize entrepreneurship policies and actively promote migrant workers to return home and start businesses,but also the key to help migrant workers get out of the dilemma of "dare not start a business and can’t start a business".According to the enterprise resource theory,In the process of entrepreneurship,the abundance of resources plays a key role in the survival and growth of enterprises.The initial entrepreneurial resources available to migrant workers are limited,and in the early stage of entrepreneurship,it is very difficult to regenerate resources within the enterprise.Entrepreneurship policy can help enterprises obtain entrepreneurial resources,which can effectively reduce migrant workers’ entrepreneurial risks,reduce entrepreneurial costs and improve entrepreneurial performance.Therefore,this study takes entrepreneurial policy as the independent variable,resource acquisition as the intermediary variable and entrepreneurial performance as the dependent variable to study the relationship of migrant workers’ return entrepreneurial policy,resource acquisition and entrepreneurial performance.This paper constructs the intermediary effect of migrant workers’ Entrepreneurship Policy on entrepreneurial performance.Considering the particularity of migrant workers’ entrepreneurship,divided the entrepreneurial resources to operational resources and knowledge resources,and analyzed the acquisition of resources from those two angles;Besides,entrepreneurial performance is divided into survival performance and growth performance.Then,used SPSS and Amos to analyze the collected data.The results show that migrant workers’ return home entrepreneurship policy cannot directly affect entrepreneurial performance;Migrant workers’ return home entrepreneurship policy can increase migrant workers’ access to entrepreneurship resources;There is a direct positive relationship between resource acquisition and entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers;Resource acquisition plays a complete intermediary role between entrepreneurial policy and entrepreneurial performance.According to the research conclusion,this paper believes that the key to improve the entrepreneurial performance of migrant workers is to use the existing entrepreneurial policies to help migrant workers entrepreneurs solve the difficulties in resource acquisition.Therefore,in order to ensure that entrepreneurs can obtain high-quality entrepreneurial resources with the support of entrepreneurial policies,and then improve the quality of entrepreneurship,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)increase the awareness of migrant workers on the return entrepreneurship policy;(2)From the perspective of "supply demand",adjust the content of migrant workers’ return home entrepreneurship policy;(3)Improve migrant entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial knowledge and skills.
