Research On Migrant Workers Return Home Entrepreneurship In Yongzhou City,Hunan Province

Yongzhou is a typical labor export city in Hunan Province.The return of migrant workers is the representative of the new productive forces in rural areas.Their entrepreneurial activities not only solve their own employment development needs,but also inject new vitality into the development of rural economy.It speeds up the construction of rural urbanization,promotes the development of rural regional economy and society,and is an important force to promote the construction of new countryside.However,as a vulnerable group,migrant workers generally face a lot of obstacles in the process of setting up enterprises with their own accumulated funds,technology,management,information,experience and ideas,which restrict their entrepreneurial development.Although the state and local governments at all levels have successively introduced a series of preferential policies to encourage migrant workers to return and start their own businesses,on the whole,these policy systems are not meticulous,perfect and operational,resulting in some policies being virtually empty and did not work very well.In view of the problems encountered in the process of starting a business,this paper expounds the purpose and significance of the research on Migrant Workers return home entrepreneurship in Yongzhou city,and introduces the theoretical basis of the research on the entrepreneurship of returned migrant workers.This paper investigates the current situation of obstacles faced by returning migrant workers to start their own businesses,from the angle of building a new socialist countryside in an all-round way,gradually solving the problem of "three rural areast" and promoting the development of urbanization,synthetically applies the method of literature collation and research,and the method of questionnaire survey.Systematic analysis methods and other in-depth exploration of the return of migrant workers obstacles to the attribution of entrepreneurship.From three aspects of society,government and migrant workers themselves,this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the obstacles of migrant workers' entrepreneurship,in order to provide certain guidance and reference for the development of migrant workers'entrepreneurship.First of all,the society should provide perfect and optimized environment for migrant workers to start their own businesses,create a good social atmosphere,integrate high-quality resources,and correctly lead migrant workers to start their own businesses.Secondly,the government should carry out the financial policy system,scientifically promote all kinds of rural credit products,correctly guide financial institutions to improve the credit and management mechanism,establish and perfect the corresponding information connectivity mechanism,and establish a entrepreneurship training mechanism.To provide sufficient training content to meet the learning needs of entrepreneurs at many levels,to set up a mechanism of rewards and punishments for enterprises,and to realize the effective supervision and management of local enterprises.Finally,migrant workers themselves should get rid of the shackles of negative and backward traditional thoughts,eliminate discrimination,strengthen the ideological education of farmers themselves,set up correct ideas,and actively participate in all kinds of entrepreneurial training provided by the government.Make full use of all kinds of new media and Internet platform to learn independently and improve their comprehensive quality.
