With the reform of China’s economy’s supply-side structure and the advancement of urban-rural integration,returning home to start-up migrant workers has gradually become the backbone of the construction and development of rural areas in recent years,which has greatly promoted the development of China’s rural economy.The entrepreneurship of rural migrant workers returning home in China shows an increasing number of people,a wider and wider field,and an increasingly high starting point.It is of great significance for the research and analysis of migrant workers to return home.First of all,the return of migrant workers to their hometowns can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of precision poverty alleviation,and help China win the fight against poverty at this stage.Second,the return of migrant workers to their hometowns can greatly improve the industrial structure in underdeveloped regions.Speed up the pace of its industrial transformation and upgrading;Third,the large-scale return of rural migrant workers to entrepreneurship can effectively promote the implementation and development of rural rejuvenation strategies and new rural and urban-rural integration policies,and can also alleviate the aging of the population in the region.The role will help explore the new rural development path.This thesis summarizes the relevant literature on domestic and foreign migrant workers at home and abroad.First of all,it studies the basic concepts and theories related to the field,and summarizes and explains the basic concepts and characteristics of migrant workers returning to their hometowns;secondly,they rely on statistics to discuss The status quo of urban migrant workers who have returned to their hometowns is analyzed systematically,in-depth and highly efficient,including entrepreneurial conditions,characteristics,achievements,and government initiatives;again,on the basis of analyzing the status quo,the technologies encountered by returning migrant workers during their respective entrepreneurial stages are clarified.Problems related to funding,management,and other issues,and studies the deficiencies in the government’s supporting policies,and finds the factors that have the greatest impact on their entrepreneurial performance.Finally,they fully reference domestic and foreign advanced experiences and mature systems.Provide constructive countermeasures and proposals for migrant workers to return to their hometowns.The full text consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly describes the background,significance,and ideas of the study,and sums up and summarizes the research results at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces in detail the basic concepts and theories involved in this research.The third chapter introduces the current situation and characteristics of the peasant workers returning home for business in Liaocheng,and the basic practices of government support.The fourth chapter analyzes the obstacles and problems existing in the process of entrepreneurship for returning rural migrant workers.Chapter 5 introduces the advanced measures taken by Guizhou,Guangxi,and Sichuan to promote the entrepreneurship of returning rural migrant workers,and summarizes the revelations.The sixth chapter puts forward the government measures to promote the entrepreneurship of returning rural migrant workers.
