Migrant Workers Return Home Entrepreneurship And County Town Spatial Structure Evolution

With the development of the West Regions and upgrade of south-easternseaboard industrial structure, rural-urban migration pattern of migrant laborers hasshifted form east regions to central and west regions. Migrant laborers at central andwest regions would like to shifting nearby. It is obvious that more and more migrantlaborers begin to returning to hometown to venture. The migrant laborers’ returning tohometown to venture is not a rational behavior of their capital, technology, experience,management, information, ideas and other business factors accumulated to a certaindegree, a certain stage of the development of labor economy, and an objectivesocio-economic phenomenon.Returning to hometown to venture is not only can solve self-employmentproblem, but also can absorb surplus labor force. At the same time, it can promote thedevelopment of the rural consumer market and expand rural domestic demand, whichis the guarantee to achieve urbanization, industrialization and the growth level ofcounty economic. For the long terms, returning to hometown to venture can solve the"three rural" issue, boost the sustainable development of local industrialization andpromote the development of the urbanization in rural areas, which is now ourgovernment’s practical task to eliminate the dual structures of urban and ruraldevelopment and achieve social equity.This study is about the analysis of the motivation and influencing factors onmigrant laborers returning hometown to venture based on the present studies about themigrant laborers urbanization and to population migration theory and urban spatialstructure theory as the support. By questionnaire survey and arcgis, we can come tothe conclusion that the current situation and spatial characteristic of migrant laborersreturning hometown to venture in Mian County of Shaan’xi Province.At the last ofthis study, we make a conclusion about the influence of returning hometown toventure to urbanization and urban spatial structure in Mian County.This Study suggests that returning hometown to venture make the populationsystem, economic system, social system, environmental system changes by coupling self-organization and other organizations to achieve evolution of spatial structure ofurban system. Returning hometown to venture promote the development ofurbanization in Mian County of Shaan’xi Province, the surplus labor force shiftingand regional economic development. We come to the conclusion that there are4influencing factors to the urban spatial structure of Mian County:①the established ofthe core center in the town group;②the improvement of industrial space structure;③the coordinated development of urban social spatial structure;④the returning tohome to venture also promote lots of jobs to the surplus laborers and improve thecounty economics.
