| China’s economy is turning to high quality development,and all sectors of society have launched a trend of digital transformation.City cloud has ushered in breakthroughs.Taking the enterprise strategic planning of WHY company as an example,this dissertation discusses how WHY company selects appropriate enterprise strategy,determines brand positioning,formulates business strategy,creates competitive advantage,realizes its own development,and explores the future development direction of the company on the premise of meeting the stringent requirements of e-government Iaa S service.The profit of e-government Iaa S service can not guarantee that WHY company can cover the cost and even profit.However,in the enterprise Iaa S service market,WHY company has a weak foundation and lacks competitive advantage.Using the relevant theories and methods of strategic management,this dissertation analyzes the IT service industry and value chain of WHY company,studies the macro environment and related industries of the company,analyzes the company’s internal resource capacity and enterprise value chain,and plans and designs the company’s business model,performance management and risk management.Through systematic analysis and research,WHY company has certain advantages in policy,brand and industry background,and is at a disadvantage in talent,technology and business scale.Combined with the core competitiveness and weakness of WHY company,draft the enterprise strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy.For ensure the effect of the strategy,draft the safeguard measures,include business plan,HR plan,risk management and management of Innovation. |
