Current Model Of Regional Strategic Industrial Selection

The development of human working division and social production give birth to different industries.After the world warⅡ,Japanese economic prosperity illuminates that economic development has diverse strategic phases,and every phase own relevant industries which can be seen as important developmental objects.Strategic industries are leaders that can make economic sustaining growth and industrial structure high;they are also industries having wide marketable foreground and science progressive capacity,making simulative and oriented effect,which can drive and promote other industries development in basic scale economy phase.The aim of regional strategic industrial selection is to choose those industries which drive economic growth,adjust economic bottleneck,eliminate imbalance phenomenon and change the whole industrial structure and its quality.Looking into the academic research on strategic industrial selection,because of the confines in vary countries,regions and phases,each kind of theory is the outcome in certain age.However,summarizing the advantage of these theories,we take the key points of each theory when selecting strategic industries,a strategic industrial selection model may be made which is a systemic consecution beyond former people's strategic theories.This article recurs to the logic of gravitational potential energy in physics and takes the key points of industrial developmental quality,environment,ICC into consideration,then imports a concept named industrial potential energy,in order to select macroscopically strategic industries in a region.But under the background of globalization,industry is not a whole for indivisible,according to "three chain" model, we can divide the industry selected by industrial potential energy model into more sub divisional parts,trying to find a strategic industrial link that can promote regional economic development is our aim.We take Guangdong province for example to validate the industrial potential energy model we have built,after got several macroscopically strategic industries in Guangdong province,we choose electronic information industry as stylebook for division.Through analysis,we see that electronic element manufacture and computer manufacture are two strategic industrial links in electronic information industry,and that Guangdong province's electronic information industry is still with low value-added.We should recognize the condition of Guangdong province's electronic information industry,and put forward some helpful policies or advice,expecting they can assist the economic development in Guangdong province.
