With the world economics and the modern science and technology developing, the competition between enterprises has gradually become the competition between the supply chains. The profit of the enterprise is not only decided by its performance, but also is decided by its coordination with other enterprises. Therefore, the "win-win" relations should be established between them.In the supply chain, suppliers play an important role as a center of the manufacturing, the quality, and the cost control, so it is"the source" of the supply chain. The correct appraisal and the choice of the supplier have the great significance for promoting the whole efficiency of the supply chain.After analyzing the related theory of the supply risk management and cooperative partner, this paper, in the aspect of supply chains risk management, recognizes the interior, exterior and the co-related risks existing in the chain, which is in the dual link "supplier-core enterprise" . It is based on the analysis of the key factors of risk foundation, and selects the representative index for evaluating the anti-risky ability of the strategic suppliers, establishes the synthetic evaluation system for them, and then uses the assessment method which is based on the grey correlation unified AHP to select the strategic supplier. Then this article uses a case analysis to explain how to select the suppliers with this method, so this method provides a good and feasible plan to make a decision for the core enterprise. In the last part of the article, the writer establishes the mechanism to dodge risks in order to reduce the risk in the cooperation process and achieve the stable cooperation.
