In the course of the transformation from planned economy to market economy, and under the situation of the conversion from obdurate economy to open economy, directly NW Group will face the market opportunities and many challenges, also will face the globalize competition. Therefore, this article is in allusion to the questions that after restructure NW Group should do what to face the new market competition and the continuous developing. It is necessary to lay out the industrial strategy that is suitable to the company based on the opportunities the company is facing and the inside sources and abilities the company still has.For reference this article used the prevalent frame applied by the developed countries when they are establishing the group companies'strategies, and took some adjustments according to our state situation and the real complexion of NW Group, studied its industrial strategic planning and control from strategic orientation, strategic selection and strategic implementing.The first is the strategic orientation on the industry. The article will demonstrate the group's industrial strategic orientation based on the expectations and requirements from the superior and the leaders, historic evolution, the opportunities and intimidations they are facing, and the inside sources and core competition ability. Then the article analyzes the market capability of three industries, which are the service for the automobiles,the product and marketing of building materials,the service for the specialized market. The second is the analyzing the business composing and developing methods. It is necessary to ensure the future developing direction and route according to the group's developing goal, to make sure that for the group mostly to settle the present businesses integration and to invest the new business, while for each business divisions to establish the competition strategies for obtaining more profits. At last, the strategic implementing control will settle the matter of who will do and the supporting conditions. Based on the group's present sourcing to implement the layout and disposing, it promotes the strategy implementing from the design and transformation of the organization configuration, also to establish the supporting conditions from the sides of financing and human resource.
