Without doubt,the accumulation and heritage of human culture,have always been achieved through continuous sharing and learning,indeed,either are enterprise development and social heritage as important social elements.Today is the changing era of Mobile Internet,the Internet thinking to the enterprise organization innovation and the talent cultivation is put forward to a higher request.On the one hand,enterprises should speed up structural adjustment and constantly promote the competitiveness of the talent through effective ways of training and cultivating talents,making the enterprise always in a vantage position in the fierce market competition;On the other hand,considering to save training expenses,time and space,with minimal training cost for the biggest benefit,it will have to allow us to subvert the traditional thinking and to research and explore a kind of commercial retail enterprises to meet the innovative training strategy.With the rapid development of commercial real estate in recent years and improving the level of industry management gradually,commercial retail enterprise human resources management will also gradually change toward stereotypes and standardization.This article is based on the theory of humanistic learning and other HR related training,and the promoting of mobile learning,the blended training methods,analyzing the training status of commercial retail industry,and the deficiency of traditional training at present as well,researching how to combine the traditional training with the advantages of mobile learning,forming an "020" blended learning,integrating into the daily training work of enterprises,and becoming the effective enterprise staff-training solution strategies,expecting a certain reference value and practical significance of training work for the future business enterprise.In this paper,through methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire and interview,it analyzed and researched on the existing training problems and causes in the commercial retail enterprise,and to find out two aspects of problem,about traditional management thinking influence and the shortage of perfect training management system,then propose three aspects of solution strategy aiming at these problems:namely,to establish and perfect the system of training management;to establish curriculum resources based on blended learning;to perfect training implement and evaluation system based on blended learning etc.,and introduce the scheme design of WeChat learning on how to guide the enterprise to carry on the effective auxiliary training,so as to make the employee training of commercial retail enterprises tend to be more complete,effective and keep pace with The Times.
