| Enterprise training is a kind of training that combines educational technology and management mode.It plays a key role in cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents needed for strategic development of enterprises.AX Bank is a domestic joint-stock commercial bank.As the grassroots managers of AX Bank,the supervisor is the executive layer who guarantees the achievement of the bank’s performance goals,plays the role of uploading and distributing,and is the key talent most in need of training.The advent of the mobile Internet wave has not only brought about the impact of enterprise training on technology,but the focus is that trainees have become the dominant force.As trainees’ mobile phone ownership and Internet access rates increase,their learning habits have changed.For example,Participants’ requirements for participation have increased.Participants’ requirements for participation have increased,their requirements for flexibility in training time have increased,and their patience for training has decreased.So,what kind of training plan is designed and what kind of training method can be used to motivate new supervisors to learn actively and make the training effective.These are the problems that plague AX Bank’s training managers.The "hybrid training model" designed to improve the emotional intelligence management capabilities of new supervisors,including face-to-face training,mobile learning,incentive mechanisms,and action plan formulation and implementation,is one of the effective ways to solve these problems.This article combines the actual situation of AX Bank with blended learning theory,mobile learning theory,motivation theory and training effect evaluation theory.In addition to analyzing the current training mode of AX Bank’s new directors,it also analyzes how to integrate mobile learning in a practical and effective way.The hybrid training model designs training for new supervisors,solves the current training dilemmas faced by training managers,and ensures the achievement of training effects by strengthening training effect evaluation methods.It is hoped that through experimentation and practice,a set of training models suitable for new supervisors of AX Bank will be explored,which will provide an effective reference and reference for the new supervisors training mode of AX Bank in the future. |
