With the development of the Internet,a great deal of information is pouring in,and people's cognition is challenged greatly.Iteration of technology has brought opportunities for change to the learning mode in Internet.Blended learning has given an opportunity to employee training show greater influence in an enterprise.At the same time,the vast opportunities from internet make staff turnover rate higher than before.In order to maintain core talents,enterprises need to find effective ways to improve their satisfaction.Through improving job satisfaction,stimulating employees to face difficulties and solve problems positively,the competitiveness of enterprises can be maintained.Based on the research about the impact of employee training to job satisfaction from others,and combined with the development of blended learning,this study proposes the hypothesis that employee training has a positive correlation with job satisfaction under blended learning.Self-efficacy is introduced as the mediating variable between independent variables and dependent variables under blended learning.This study used literature research,questionnaire survey,empirical research,interview and other research methods.This studies and validates the hypothesis that employee training positively correlates with job satisfaction and the mediating role of self-efficacy under blended learning.Base on the conclusion of the study,some suggestions are put forward: under blended learning,organizations should strengthen the construction of training system factors,improve job satisfaction by developing content that is more in line with students' preferences and satisfy their job development.Under blended learning,self-efficacy intermediary role should be applied to optimize the transfer and training of core talents so that they can communicate with each other when job changes.Over-timely acquisition of corresponding skills to enhance confidence,improve job satisfaction,with a higher enthusiasm to complete the relevant work.There are conclusions in this study,but there are limitations in this study yet.So the research outlook puts forward some expectations.The research content can't be described all in the abstract,which can be referred to in this study if you are interested.
