| Content:Blended learning is a new trend of Educational technology, and it is the latest buzzword in corporation traning. We find that blended learning is replacing "e-learning" as the next big thing. Blended learning focuses on optimizing achievement of learning objectives by applying the "right" learning technologies to match the "rignt" personal learning style to transfer the "right" skill to the "right" person at the "right" time.It is a flexible term that means different things to different people.Blended learning is the integrated combinnation of traditional learning with web-based /computer-based learning approaches.The article will show you the basic theory of blended learning system.The author constructs a theory framwwork for blended learning, working on its conception ,the base of theory,dimensions or components , different levels, design steps and strategies.There are seven ingredients of blended learning. Seven components of blended learning include: live events, self-paced learning, collaboration and communication, practice and accumulate, measurement and assessment, performance support, fedback and revise. Finally, there is a research on application of blended learning in railway vocational training in Nanchang Railroad Bureau. |
