Research On The Optimization Strategy Of Industey-financial Integration Of CJ Building Construction Enterprise

Since 2019,my country’s construction industry as a whole has been in a period of low-speed growth.Although the total output value of the construction industry has maintained growth,the growth rate has declined.The entire industry is still a labor-intensive traditional industry with a low level of modernization.There are problems such as scattered construction sites and difficult management,low production efficiency and technological content,and cost control capabilities that need to be further improved.In particular,the case object of this thesis,CJ Enterprise,is an enterprise established shortly after the integration of housing construction projects in a large state-owned construction group in my country.Problems are varied.Under this premise,improving management level and market competitiveness is particularly important for construction enterprises.Therefore,construction enterprises need to adopt modern management methods.By implementing the integration of business and finance,optimizing the financial management mode,strengthening management,avoiding financial risks,and providing good services and support for operation and production,thereby improving the overall economic efficiency and management level of the enterprise.Taking CJ construction enterprise as an example,this thesis adopts the methods of field research,data collection and personnel interviews.First,it introduces the basic situation,organizational structure and operation mode of the enterprise,and then summarizes the current situation of CJ enterprise’s implementation of industry-finance integration.The key points are: Pay attention to the changes after the financial sharing center goes online.Then,according to the content and influencing factors involved in the integration of industry and finance,the obstacles existing in the construction of the integration model of industry and finance and the existing problems in management are sorted out.The main manifestations are: the integration of industry and finance has not formed a general consensus outside the financial system,and financial and business There are five aspects: obstacles to integration,insufficient support of financial sharing center for integration of industry and finance,imperfect budget management and weak intelligent construction.In response to the above problems,this thesis proposes an optimization strategy for the integration of industry and finance from five aspects: creating a cultural environment,strengthening the supporting role of finance for the integration of industry and finance,establishing a comprehensive budget management system,collaborative governance between industry and finance,and intelligent construction.The dissection and discussion are carried out in turn,so as to promote the integration of business and wealth of CJ enterprises,and finally put forward safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the integration of business and wealth.The theoretical significance of this study is that: through the research on the strategy of CJ enterprises to promote the integration of industry and finance,the diversity of current case studies on the integration of industry and finance has been enriched,the level of cost control has been improved,the degree of business risk has been reduced,and the integration of industry and finance has been broadened.scope of research.The practical significance of the research in this thesis is: based on the construction enterprises,combined with the actual problems in the production and construction of CJ enterprises,construct a perfect strategy,effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the financial management function of construction enterprises,and also optimize the financial process for other related domestic enterprises,build The integration of industry and finance provides experience reference.
