Research On The Development Strategy Of Farmer’s Specialized Cooperatives In Qiaocheng District Of Bozhou City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

At the 19th CPC National Congress in 2017,the major strategy of rural revitalization was put forward,and systematic arrangements were made for rural revitalization from the aspects of improving agricultural quality and efficiency and speeding up agricultural modernization.Under the background of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,various localities have explored development paths to improve rural vitality and promote rural prosperity,which have accumulated rich practical experience in building a new road for rural development in the new era.Under the guidance of the policy of rural revitalization,Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City,through the vigorous development of rural cooperatives,has achieved the development goals of farmers’ affluence,agricultural development and rural prosperity to a certain extent.However,it is undeniable that rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City are still in the initial stage of development,and there are some problems,such as small scale,weak competitiveness,scattered management and low quality of members.To better improve the service quality of rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City has become one of the key issues that need to be paid attention to in its follow-up development.Through the field in vestigation of rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City and an in-depth visit to typical rural cooperatives,this paper probes into the obstacles to the development of rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District,Bozhou City,and finds out the root causes of the problems.this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City.First of all,the paper introduces the background and significance,research ideas,purpose and content of this research.Then it summarizes the concepts of cooperatives and rural cooperatives involved in the paper,as well as related theories such as customer perceived service,transaction costs,economies of scale and so on.Then,on the basis of the on-the-spot investigation of Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City,and on this basis,reveals the existing problems in the governance of rural cooperatives in Qiaocheng District of Bozhou City from four aspects of scale,operating mechanism,support and talent management,and finally puts forward relevant policy suggestions in view of the above four problems.Through the use of SERVQUAL model to analyze the rural cooperation in Qiaocheng District,Bozhou City.The evaluation results of the effect of rural revitalization of social service show that,on the one hand,for the farmers involved in the survey,there are obvious differences in the level of perception and expectation of cooperative service quality.especially in the degree of technical training,information disclosure and sharing,the comprehensive evaluation result of service quality is less than zero,and the satisfaction of farmers is low.It shows that the management system of farmers’ professional cooperatives needs to be improved urgently,and the service mode and quality level need to be improved and improved.On the other hand,the time when farmers join the cooperative,the level of education,the degree of concurrently,the understanding of farmers,profit distribution and planting scale are significant factors that affect farmers’ satisfaction with cooperative services.According to the survey results,this paper puts forward the transformation and upgrading strategy and development path of cooperatives from the perspective of rural revitalization.The specific contents include:using emerging technologies to upgrade scale and economic benefits,promoting the diversified development of various types of rural cooperatives,identifying the characteristics of agricultural industry as the direction of transformation and upgrading of rural cooperatives and improving the internal management system of rural cooperatives,adhere to the principle of marketization and endogenous development of rural cooperatives,and the innovative development mechanism of rural cooperatives.
