Research On The Development Of The Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Zhaohua District Of Guangyuan City

At present,The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China has put forward the important historical task of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,It indicates that the new type of agricultural operation subject should be strengthened,We will improve the standardization of specialized farmer cooperatives,In order to promote the "three rural" work to further improve and lay a solid foundation for building a modernized economic system.Since the implementation of the law on farmers' professional cooperatives in 2007,the farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhaohua District of Guangyuan City have successfully promoted and achieved certain experience and achievements.However,the development of farmers' cooperatives in some villages and towns is superficially vigorous,and actually they work very little.Many villages and towns are still mainly operating in form of the family.The traditional scattered agricultural model of the unit,therefore,how to solve the problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives,continue to keep the driving force for development,truly promote the industrialization of agriculture and increase the income of farmers,and promotethe construction of a new socialist countryside,is always an issue deserved to study.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,field research and case analysis,Based on the research trends of home and abroad development of farmers' cooperative economic organizations,relevant theoretical research,policies and regulations,etc.combined with the comprehensive situation of economy,environment and resources in Zhaohua area,this paper summarizes the development of farmers' professional cooperatives and analyzes the existing problems and causes.Taking the successful experience of farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad as the starting point,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the good development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhaohua District.Through analysis and research,this paper has drawn the following conclusions>First,through the reviewing of the literature and field survey,summed up the current development status of farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhaohua District: The government's support has increased year by year,the traditional agricultural industry base,the number of cooperatives and the number of members have been increasing,and the role of demonstration cooperatives has been continuously strengthened.It also analyzes the improvement of the current operation mode,the maturity of e-commerce agriculture,the increase of farmers' income and the improvement of social benefits,which are the achievements in the development of farmers' cooperative organizations in Zhaohua District.Second,the experience of specialized farmer cooperatives that have achieved greater success in zhaohua district is summarized as follows: Cooperatives actively strive for the support and guidance of the government,We will encourage active participation by farmers,improve the internal system and standardize the operation and management,business model concept flexible and advanced,focus on the development of agricultural brand characteristics and professional and technical training;Analyze the current problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhaohua District,namely,inferior quality,thedisequilibrium of development between the regions,the insufficient policy support,the lack of professional talents and low management level;And find out the reasons of the problems.Namely: policy implementation situation is insufficient,It is difficult to obtain sufficient funds,Farmer member general education level and oneself quality are low,There is a shortage of young and middle-aged labor force to meet the needs of vigorous development.Thirdly,in view of the problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in Zhaohua District,with reference to the advanced experience at home and abroad,the professional cooperation of farmers in Zhaohua District should be strengthened from government support,improving supporting policies,including training and education,setting up the perfect management system and operational norms,and vigorously Four proposes.
