Study On The Influencing Factors Of Training Willingness Of New Professional Farmers In Zhongxiang City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The Communist Party of China and the government have been paying attention to the issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers for many years.In order to achieve the goal of comprehensive modernization of agriculture and increase of farmers’ income,the Communist Party of China put forward the slogan of "Village Revitalization Strategy" at the 19 th National Congress.At the same time,in order to implement the rural revitalization strategy as soon as possible,China proposes to take the road of rural revitalization and development with Chinese characteristics in the No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2018,so that the peasants have the hope of life and they can live a life of peace and happiness.In rural revitalization,professional peasants are entrepreneurs.Professional peasants can get rich in rural revitalization and achieve their status transform.Cultivating professional peasants is one of the keys to realize rural revitalization.Located in Hubei Province,Zhongxiang City is a large agricultural city and one of the regions where Hubei Province started the cultivation of new professional farmers in earlier years.As of 2017,the cultivation of new professional farmers in Zhongxiang City has achieved good results and cultivated a large number of talents for the realization of the rural revitalization strategy.It is of great significance to carry out training work for new professional farmers to better assume relevant responsibilities and obligations in future agricultural production activities and continuously improve production and management capabilities.However,after the investigation and field investigation of the training work in Zhongxiang City,it was found that the effect of training for new professional farmers was not satisfactory.Many new professional farmers were not willing to train and their enthusiasm was not high.Based on this,this paper takes the new professional farmers in Zhongxiang as the research object,and analyzes the influencing factors of the new professional farmers’ training willingness through the combination of questionnaires and empirical analysis,in order to provide countermeasures and suggestions to improve the willingness of new professional farmers to join the training,improve the training effect,and promote the rural revitalization of Zhongxiang City.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the research background and literature review.The second part is related concepts and theoretical basis.The third part is about the training status and problems during the new professional farmers training in Zhongxiang City under the background of rural revitalization.The fourth part is an empirical analysis.On the basis of the questionnaire,from the perspectives of individual characteristics,family characteristics,training cognition and training needs of new professional farmers in Zhongxiang City,Logistic regression analysis method is used to explore the factors affecting the willingness of new professional farmers to participate in training.The research results show that the age,education level,frequency of active learning,number of household contracted land,training experience,training policy mastery,whether the content and form of training meet the needs,satisfaction with training teachers have a significant influence on training willingness.The fifth part is the combination of the research data and empirical analysis results.It provides targeted contermeasures and opinions from six aspects to improve the willingness of new professional farmers in Zhongxiang City:1)the emphasis on agricultural vocational education;2)optimize the allocation of land resources;3)formulate the preferential policies after training;4)increase the publicity efforts of training;5)arrange training content and form in a reasonable way;6)strengthen the training of teachers.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.
