Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of social economy and technology,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to gain competitive advantage,enterprises need to have a stable and high-quality talent team.Therefore,enterprises should improve the level of human resource management and pay attention to employee satisfaction and humanism.In general,high employee satisfaction,work efficiency and quality of work will be improved accordingly,the potential of employees to maximize play for enterprises to create greater economic benefits;when employee satisfaction is low,it will produce negative effects such as reduced work efficiency,perfunctory work attitude and poor work quality,and even lead to turnover,which is not conducive to the long-term and medium-term sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,enterprises should pay attention to employee satisfaction,find out the existing problems and causes according to the current status of employee satisfaction,and put forward targeted strategies for improving employee satisfaction to promote the further development of enterprises.Today’s manufacturing industry is a very important part of China’s national economy and plays a vital role in China’s economic growth.Among the employees in the manufacturing industry,the proportion of skilled employees in the production workshop is relatively large,and most of these jobs are labor-intensive.They have high requirements for production technology ability,poor working environment,relatively low job challenge and sense of achievement,and low salary and welfare level.If the degree of attention to employee satisfaction is not enough,it will lead to high turnover rate of skilled employees in the industry and difficult recruitment of talents.This paper takes the skilled employees in the production workshop of GMJ Company as the research object,combined with Minnesota Satisfaction Scale,Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and other survey tools,constructs the Employee Satisfaction Scale from six dimensions of work environment,work itself,work relationship,salary and welfare,personal career development and training,and corporate management,and uses SPSS software for reliability and validity test and confirmatory factor analysis.Then the questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction status of 125 skilled employees in GMJ Company.The results showed that the average satisfaction of the working relationship dimension was the highest,and the average satisfaction of the company management dimension was the lowest.The average satisfaction of the four dimensions from large to small was the working environment,the work itself,personal career development and training,salary and welfare,and the influence of gender,age,marital status and education on employee satisfaction.On this basis,further analysis of the company skilled employee satisfaction problems and reasons,and then put forward the corresponding management Suggestions:optimize the working space and time environment;improve the work itself,enhance work enthusiasm;building a humanistic care system and enriching communication and sharing platforms;promote salary reform,improve employee welfare;establish scientific and effective training mechanism and fair promotion mechanism and improve the company rules and regulations,establish scientific and standardized management system.Through this study,we hope to help GMJ company improve employee satisfaction,improve the comprehensive competitiveness of GMJ company,and also hope to provide some reference for similar manufacturing companies with the same problems.
