| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the significant improvement of people’s living standards, there is a huge demand for fresh agricultural products such as fresh fruits and vegetables. However, fresh agricultural products of fruits and vegetables(referred to as fruits and vegetables agricultural products)still suffer from severe losses during logistics transportation.Cold chain logistics, with advanced preservation technology, can effectively maintain the freshness of fruits and vegetables, reduce their degree of decay, and reduce logistics losses. However, the current cold chain logistics ratio of fruits and vegetables in China is still very low.The production process of agricultural products is the main source of non carbon dioxide greenhouse gas emissions, which is higher than the carbon emissions generated by products at room temperature and causes more serious environmental pollution. So,under the national "dual carbon" strategic goal, how to achieve effective operation and incentives in all aspects of the cold chain of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, how to invest reasonable preservation and emission reduction funds, and what methods to coordinate to reduce circulation losses and carbon emissions to maintain a virtuous cycle of the cold chain have become urgent issues that need to be solved. On the basis of analyzing the research results of fresh agricultural product supply chains, supply chain coordination mechanisms, and low-carbon supply chains both domestically and internationally, and based on the concepts related to the cold chain of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,low-carbon supply chains, game theory, and supply chain coordination theories, the current development status of the cold chain of fruit and vegetable agricultural products from the perspective of "dual carbon" is analyzed. It is found that there is severe loss of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, insufficient investment in emission reduction and preservation efforts by enterprises Lack of coordination in the cold chain of fruit and vegetable agricultural products.Based on this, this paper studies the coordination and optimization of the cold chain system of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, considering the game behavior among enterprises, the quantity and quality losses of fruit and vegetable agricultural products, consumers’ low-carbon preferences and other factors under the national carbon peak carbon neutrality goal vision.Firstly,by applying Stackelberg game theory, taking into account the carbon reduction efforts and preservation efforts of members of the cold chain system, decision models under centralized and decentralized decision-making modes were constructed.Matlab software was used to solve the optimal decisions and corresponding profits of the system under both modes. Then,by comparing the results of two decision modes, the optimal decision mode is selected as the reference standard for supply chain coordination, and a composite contract coordination model is constructed. Finally, based on the model calculation results, verify the coordination and effectiveness of the contract, and conduct parameter sensitivity analysis to provide reference for the operational decision-making of cold chain enterprises.Research has found that without coordination, participants in the cold chain system of fruit and vegetable agricultural products will not actively increase their emission reduction or preservation efforts without external incentives, resulting in higher carbon emissions and severe fruit and vegetable losses in the cold chain system; The combination contract of"revenue sharing+cost sharing" can effectively coordinate the three-level cold chain of fruits, vegetables, and agricultural products. When the contract parameters are controlled within a certain range,it can make Pareto improvements for all participating members of the cold chain system, and at the same time,it is beneficial for the cold chain system to reduce losses and carbon emissions; The continuous attention and demand from consumers for the freshness of fresh fruits and vegetables can encourage the entire supply chain to invest more efforts in preservation, strengthen the promotion of low-carbon products among consumers, guide consumers to consume low-carbon products, and help improve the cold chain performance of fruits and vegetables agricultural products. |
