| In the daily food consumption,the proportion of fruit and vegetable increase year by year.However,the cucumber,dyed pepper,poisonous bean sprouts and other events raised public concern about the safety of fruits and vegetables.Lots of reasons have led to frequent agricultural and fruit safety problems,such as room temperature transport,poor market supervision and so on.In order to stabilize the market of fruit and vegetable products and ensure the quality and safety of fruits and vegetables,the establishment of traceability system is the key link of food safety mechanism and the inevitable trend of food safety management.The system records the production information,processing information and logistics information of fruit and vegetable products in various aspects of the supply chain.This paper studies the traceability model of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,the key technology of traceability and the overall design of traceability system.Analyze and classify the circulation patterns of fruits and vegetables products.Select three typical circulation models,namely "farmers market circulation model","leading enterprise-oriented agricultural super-docking circulation model" and "e-commerce circulation model".Improve the business process and screen out process traceability indicators and safety traceability indicators in all aspects of cold chain logistics according to HACCP,GAP and the existing fruit and vegetable safety-related standards.Fruit and vegetables as perishable food is vulnerable to temperature.Based on the data fusion model of cold chain logistic temperature,a modified Leyeda criterion is used to eliminate some erroneous data.By means of adaptive data fusion,the final fusion values of the current batches of monitoring values and the previous one are obtained,feedback to the current time of each batch of fusion results,correcting the larger the error correction of the sensor,improving the fusion accuracy compared with the average value of the algorithm.Design the cold chain logistics information traceability system of fruit and vegetable products.The main conclusions of this paper include:(1)it establishes cold chain logistics information source model of fruit and vegetable agricultural products.The model determines process traceability index based on the flow information and safety traceability index based on the key information of fruit and vegetable quality.(2)The data fusion model of cold chain logistics based on time and space is established,and the sensor with large error is modified.The experiment proves that the algorithm improves the accuracy of data fusion compared with the average algorithm.(3)Design the traceability system of cold chain logistics information of fruit and vegetable agricultural products and put forward the design requirements of traceability system for each traceability model which realizes the record and query of cold chain logistics information of fruit and vegetable agricultural products,standardizes the main behavior of each chain,and improves the fruit and vegetable agricultural products safe level. |
