Research On Modern Fruit And Vegetable Logistics Model Of A Company In Shouguang Fruit And Vegetable Base

Combining consumption with production, logistics of fruits and vegetables hasimportant significance in consumer demand and effective supply of agricultural products.Currently, the cost loss and quality safety problem of fruit and vegetable products in ourcountry is severe, and it has aroused attention to the logistics of fruits and vegetables oflocal authority and central government. As a big agricultural country, our country shouldanalyze the existing problems in the logistics of fruits and vegetables carefully and thenimprove the development of this logistics supply chain to promote the development of fruitand vegetable industry further. For this reason this paper has studied A companyShouguang vegetable base model modern logistics industry, and pointed out A companythe current problems of our country’s fruit and vegetable logistics with proposingcorresponding countermeasures.This paper analyzed the problems encountered in the development of fruit andvegetable logistics in A company, e. g. comparative high logistics cost, administrativebarriers of production and marketing, over many logistics links, problem in supply chain’snodes, single transaction mode of fruit and vegetable products, comparative lagginginformation level. Then, it proposed corresponding countermeasures being directed againstthe current problems of the fruit and vegetable logistics in A company and proposed thenew construction principle and ideas of fruit and vegetables logistics. In order to promotethe development of the logistics of fruits and vegetables of A company, this thesis putforward some measures, such as promoting the cold chain logistics of fruit and vegetableproducts, promoting the mode of “‘Farming-Supermarket’ Docking” vigorously,optimizing modern fruit and vegetable logistics network informationization, supporting thedevelopment of third-party logistics enterprise energetically, establishing e-commercetrading platforms for fruit and vegetable logistics, improving the distribution system andprocessing system of fruit and vegetable logistics, improving supervision system of fruitand vegetable logistics, providing standardized service, promoting the systematization ofsubject and the standardization of object of fruit and vegetable logistics.This thesis aimed for providing certain reference for the development of modern fruit and vegetable logistics in our country to promote the fruit and vegetable logistics’ level ofmodernization.
