With the upgrading and adjustment of the agricultural industry, the output of China's major agricultural products has been steadily increasing year by year, which is greatly satisfying the daily needs of the people and promoting the development of the agricultural cold-chain logistics industry. At the same time we are faced with the new task of accelerating the reform of the ecological civilization system, promoting green development and building a beautiful China, this will inevitably require that we vigorously develop the low-carbon economy. However, the cold chain logistics of agricultural products has the characteristics of high energy consumption and high carbon emissions, and has a more prominent impact on the ecological environment.Introducing the concept of low-carbon into the cold chain logistics of agricultural products is of great practical significance to meet the requirements of the new era.Based on the discussion about the traditional distribution mode of agricultural products, this paper establishes a mode of co-distribution of urban agricultural products under a low-carbon perspective, which can reduce the level of circulation of agricultural products and reduce the environmental damage caused by distribution activities.Considering the factors influencing the carbon emission in the process of vehicle distribution, the fuel consumption and carbon emission estimation models of the delivery vehicles are analyzed and proposed. The carbon tax policy is adopted to convert the carbon emissions into the economic costs, and with other costs and customer satisfaction being taken into account, the optimizing model of cold chain distribution in urban agricultural products from the perspective of low carbon is built.Since this problem belongs to the NP-hard problem, this paper uses a genetic algorithm with adaptive crossover mutation to solve the model, and designs the corresponding chromosome coding method and the corresponding genetic operation according to the characteristics of the model. Finally, case study is taken Suzhou Baida agricultural products logistics centers as an example, using Matlab software programming to obtain the optimal rout, compared with the actual distribution route, the cost of delivery decreased by 221.5 yuan, the customer satisfaction increased by 36.2%and the carbon emissions reduced by 12.3%,which validated the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm. The comparison between the two can be seen as follows:Cold chain logistics companies take the initiative to consider the low-carbon factors and rationalize the distribution route, not only can enhance economic beneficial result, but also can effectively reduce carbon emissions,in line with the requirements of low-carbon economy development, which provides reference and reference for cold-chain logistics industry to achieve green sustainable development.
