Research On The Endogenous Driving Force Of Villagers’ Participation In The Tourism Development Of Ethnic Villages From The Perspective Of Common Prosperity

Common prosperity is the common prosperity of all the people,not the prosperity of a few,the economic development of ethnic areas is relatively lagging behind,infrastructure construction is weak,and the causes of poverty are more complex and diverse,which is an important strategic area to promote common prosperity.As the product of the interaction and long-term development of economic,social and cultural factors in ethnic areas,ethnic villages have retained and inherited the original natural features and traditional cultural genes in the process of development and evolution,forming unique development resources.Relying on the characteristic resources of ethnic villages to develop tourism and give play to the effect of tourism enriching the people can not only help sustainable economic development,increase villagers’ income and all-round human development,but also realize income and wealth redistribution through market-oriented methods,narrow income gaps,and promote common prosperity.In the process of tourism development in ethnic villages,the extensive participation of villagers is an effective way to share the responsibilities and achievements of tourism development,achieve stable employment,sustained income increases and improve life,and is of great significance for promoting the sustainable and healthy development of tourism in ethnic villages,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and promoting the process of common prosperity in ethnic areas.In the practice of tourism development in many ethnic villages,due to the low cultural quality of villagers,limited development ability,low degree of participation and uneven distribution of benefits,the endogenous motivation of villagers to participate is insufficient,which seriously restricts the highquality development of tourism in ethnic villages and hinders the economic growth and common prosperity process of ethnic areas.Therefore,from the perspective of common prosperity,how to stimulate the endogenous motivation of villagers to participate in the development of ethnic village tourism,mobilize the enthusiasm of villagers to participate,and realize the extensive participation of villagers has become a problem worthy of attention.On the basis of summarizing and sorting out the logic of "common-co-construction-s haring" of common prosperity and the relevant theories of villagers’ participation in the e ndogenous driving force of ethnic village tourism development,as well as domestic and foreign research results,this paper constructs the endogenous dynamic structure equation model of "tourism resource commonality-multi-subject co-construction-development achieve ment sharing",puts forward research hypotheses,preliminarily formulates an internal vivi d force table in three dimensions: tourism resource sharing,multi-subject co-construction and development result sharing,conducts pre-research and analysis,and analyzes through data forward-testing.The reliability and validity of the scale were tested,and the endoge nous motivation questionnaire of villagers participating in the tourism development of eth nic villages from the perspective of common prosperity was collated.Through a question naire survey of 534 villagers in Xiaodu Baitun,Sanjiatun,Gulangtun and Gupentun in M ashan County,SPSS and AMOS software were used to analyze data,verify research hyp otheses,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide n ew research ideas for villagers to participate in the research on endogenous power of eth nic village tourism,promote the high-quality development of ethnic village tourism,and solidly promote the process of common prosperity in ethnic areas.The main conclusions reached in this paper are:(1)The endogenous dynamic structure equation model of villagers’ participation in the tourism development of ethnic villages from the perspective of common prosperity is composed of a measurement model for tourism resources commonality,a measurement model for multi-subject co-construction and a measurement model for sharing development achievements.(2)The measurement model of tourism resources together includes two dimensions: natural resources and human resources;The multi-subject coconstruction model includes three dimensions: government guidance,enterprise settlement,and villager participation.The shared measurement model of development results includes four dimensions: economic benefit,social benefit,cultural benefit and ecological benefit,and includes a total of 41 measurement items.(3)The research hypotheses proposed in this paper have been verified,and the survey results show that the sharing of tourism resources in the endogenous dynamic model of villagers’ participation in the tourism development of ethnic villages has a significant positive effect on the co-construction of multiple subjects and the sharing of development results,and the co-construction of multiple subjects has a significant positive effect on the sharing of development results.(4)From the perspective of common prosperity,the endogenous motivation of villagers to participate in the development of ethnic village tourism can be stimulated by improving laws and regulations,village rules and people’s agreements,and ensuring the sharing of achievements;Strengthen villagers’ self-confidence in ethnic culture and enhance their spiritual strength;Promote the interconnection of tourism facilities and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas;Integrate the characteristic tourism resources of villages and coordinate regional development;Cultivate a team of tourism talents and promote the inheritance of achievements;Enhance the participation of villagers in villages and villagers,and start with six aspects: narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor.
