Study On The Participation Of Villagers In Poverty Alleviation In Rural Tourism

Tourism poverty alleviation is an effective measure to increase employment and achieve stability in poverty alleviation in poor areas,and an important way to promote structural reform on the supply side.In recent years,people's governments at all levels,from the Central Committee of the party to the local people's governments,have taken tourism poverty alleviation as a green "blood making" poverty alleviation.As the country's first regional tourism establishment demonstration areas and provincial flower arrangement poor counties(cities),the city is trying to explore a new way to help the poor in tourism,in accordance with the overall requirements of "beautiful environment,economic development,shared services,a happy life",to achieve the continuous growth of villagers 'income,to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation and enrichment.With the implementation of the tourism poverty alleviation strategy,more and more successful experiences show that the effective participation of villagers is an effective way to achieve the tourism poverty alleviation goal.This paper studies the current situation of the participation of rural tourism villagers in ChiBi by means of literature analysis and investigation methods.By collating,analyzing and refining the research data,the paper combines the theory of participatory poverty alleviation,tourism multiplier theory,sustainable development theory and stakeholder theory.From inside and outside,this paper expatiates the problem of the participation mechanism of villagers,the weak sense of villagers 'participation and the insufficient ability to participate in the current tourism poverty alleviation and analyzes the reasons.Finally,the paper puts forward that we should open up the poverty alleviation resources of tourism and construct the governance tourism poverty alleviation framework by improving the transmission process of poverty alleviation resources.We will make tourism poverty alleviation more transparent,reform and improve the investment system for tourism poverty alleviation,improve transparency in the management of tourism poverty alleviation projects,and establish and improve the supervision and evaluation system for poverty alleviation.We will further raise villagers'awareness and capacity to participate,raise villagers' awareness of citizenship,strengthen the building of village-level organizations,promote institutionalized and organized participation,and pay attention to building the principal capacity of villagers,among other measures and suggestions.
