| In the last decade or more,the network technology and corresponding hardware equipment have all been accelerating their upgrading and transformation,especially the5 G development and wider application.The penetration of mobile Internet has been significantly improved.In addition,the development of blockchain and other technologies has accelerated,and the continuous iteration of smart chips has promoted the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry from the technical side.Especially after the outbreak of novel coronavirus in 2020,this process has developed faster.At present,the cross-border e-commerce industry has achieved rapid development,and it is more important to strengthen the supply chain management of enterprises in this industry.How to properly optimize the whole process of the supply chain and improve the security and efficiency of the supply chain has become a topic that all crossborder e-commerce enterprises need to pay attention to and study.Based on the whole process of studying cross-border e-commerce and key influencing factors,combined with experts’ opinions,this paper uses literature analysis,statistics,case analysis,model building and other research methods to build an indicator system and evaluation model suitable for YC’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain performance evaluation.Through the specific performance evaluation,we found the problems and shortcomings in the supply chain of the company and our own optimization suggestions.YC Company is selected for this study,which focuses on the supply chain performance level.The main research contents include the following:First,study the relevant concepts of cross-border e-commerce supply chain to provide a theoretical basis for the following research.I have reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad,and combed and summarized the research contents of the relevant literature.The mode of cross-border e-commerce is elaborated in detail.Secondly,this paper makes a relatively complete analysis of the factors that affect cross-border e-commerce supply chain,such as customers,suppliers,channels,information interconnection,technical support,freight,warehousing,and so on.Third,based on the evaluation experience of academic circles on supply chain performance,this paper selects the balanced scorecard model as the basis of evaluation indicators,and combines the opinions of industry experts.It takes information technology,finance,internal operations,customers,and future development as the first level indicators of evaluation,and collects the evaluation results of the questionnaire preparers(industry experts)by issuing questionnaires online.Fourthly,this paper introduces the commonly used indicator selection and construction methods,and simply compares their advantages and disadvantages.Considering that the evaluation should avoid subjectivity,we choose to use the objective weighting method to determine the weight of each indicator,and finally establish the evaluation model of cross-border e-commerce supply chain performance.Fifthly,by comparing the conventional evaluation models,considering the fuzziness of the specific index evaluation,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance of YC’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain,and reveals the financial problems of YC’s cross-border e-commerce supply chain performance through the evaluation results.Finally,based on the evaluation results and a more comprehensive analysis of YC Company,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to improve YC Company’s supply chain performance. |
