Research On Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain Performance Evaluation

The popularity of internet applications,the change of people's consumption concept and the continuous development of economic globalization and information technology.cross-border E-commerce is gradually accepted and rapidly growth.Our premier Li Keqiang puts forward to promote the economic development in the form of "Internet plus foreign trade",and encourage cross-border E-commerce by preferential policies.According to statistics,Chinese overseas shopping transaction was about more than 80 billions yuan in 2010,three years later,has risen to more than 80 billion yuan.According to the forecast data,people buy foreign goods will reach 35 million 600 thousands in 2018.As a new way of trade,the rapid development of cross-border E-commerce promotes more enterprises involved in cross-border E-commerce industry,which the competition is intense.However,cross-border E-commerce has its unique characteristics,such as a wide range of areas,multiple links,complex subject,etc.These have hindered the development of cross-border E-commerce.Competition between enterprises is gradually transformed into the supply chain competition.The supply chain of cross-border E-commerce has been got more attention.So it's more important for the enterprises to optimize supply chain.From the perspective of cross-border E-commerce enterprises,This paper establishes a practical evaluation system and a comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate supply chain performance of the cross-border E-commerce enterprises.the purpose is to provide some suggestions for chinese current cross-border E-commerce enterprises in the supply chain,and make them improve the supply chain.As this research focused,this paper has done the following research content:Firstly,by reading a large number of relevant literature,I summarizes two authoritative evaluation system of supply chain,I set forth my thinking base on BSC and SCOR,introduce the characteristic and status quo of cross-border E-business,through consulting insiders and specialists,finally,I set up evaluation system of supply chain,I also verify its veracity with SPSS 19 by questionnaire,the result proves its scientific rationality.Secondly,this paper constructs comprehensive evaluation model and uses it in my evaluation model after the evaluation system.In this paper,comparing the common evaluation methods and considering the great influence to the evaluation index system.finally.This paper chooses Entropy-right method to determine the weight of evaluation index and combined with Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to make the evaluation result more objective and scientific.Finally,Empirical analysis.This paper analysis cross-border E-commerce enterprise to prove the scientific rationality of the model which has established.This paper achieved the cross-border E-commerce supply chain performance evaluation research and provided the theoretical basis and reference index to improve supply chain.Therefore,this paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
