Abstract/Summary:
Foreign trade is an important component of the healthy development of a country’s economy,and it is the main path to promote the sustainable development of the international economy.It has always occupied an important position in China’s socialist economic system.In the new dual cycle development pattern,foreign trade is the key to maintaining the stable development of the external cycle,and has far-reaching significance for China to achieve higher quality,more efficient,more sustainable,healthier,and safer comprehensive development.The development level of trade,especially the efficiency level of science and technology trade,is even more important at a time when high-tech is the main competitiveness.Foreign trade and scientific and technological progress are linked and influenced by each other.A large number of scholars have conducted diversified research on the development status of China’s technology and trade level.However,most studies have failed to explore the specific correlation between foreign trade and the dual system of scientific and technological progress,resulting in a lack of theoretical support for the optimization of the process chain of scientific and technological product trade and the path to improve the efficiency of scientific and technological export trade.This is not conducive to the operation of China’s foreign circulation,but also affects the stability of the new development pattern of dual circulation.Therefore,this article focuses on the research topic of the dual system of foreign trade and technological progress,and analyzes the coupling relationship of the dual system and the evaluation of technological trade efficiency based on the research logic of "basic theoretical analysis","econometric model design","empirical results discussion",and "countermeasures and suggestions proposed".The "Basic Theoretical Analysis" section focuses on theoretical analysis and explores the main theoretical basis and research references for this issue.The "Metrological Model Design" section relies on the theoretical basis of the previous article to make an appropriate design of the metrological model for the main research object of this article-the Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao.The main models selected include the coupling coordination model,the three stage DEA model,the malmquist exponential model,and the spatial autocorrelation model.The "Empirical Results Discussion" section,which combines the theoretical model and practical data of the article,conducts in-depth analysis and discussion on the coupling and coordination between foreign trade and technological progress,as well as the evaluation results of technological trade efficiency.The "Suggestions and Suggestions" section is a summary and inspiration of this study.According to practical needs,it provides corresponding reference suggestions for the construction of national strategies and systems to promote the development of science and technology trade,the implementation of regional measures and policy choices for the development of science and technology trade,and the refinement of enterprise direction and path planning for the development of science and technology trade from the national,regional,and enterprise levels.
