Research On The Influence Of Agricultural Land Transfer On Agricultural Production Efficiency In Zhejiang Province

The CPC Central Committee of the 19th National Congress has made a series of major decisions on poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.These include deepening the reform of the separation of the three rights of rural land,and encouraging reasonable,orderly and standardized land transfer policies.Farmland circulation behavior can not only promote lower production efficiency of farmers through farmland market to efficient operators transfer land,can also promote agricultural scale management,reduce the land fragmentation,bring the improvement of agricultural production efficiency,promote the farmers’ income,solid poverty crucial results policy system,effective connection with rural revitalization.This thesis uses the macro data of Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2020 to study the influence of farmland transfer on agricultural production efficiency in Zhejiang Province.In the process of research,based on the theory of property rights,contract,economy of scale,the situation of agricultural land resources and farmland transfer in Zhejiang province is analyzed,and the agricultural production efficiency of Zhejiang Province is briefly expounded and analyzed through labor productivity and land output rate.On the basis of the research hypothesis and analysis framework of agricultural production efficiency of agricultural land transfer,labor productivity and land productivity are taken as the explanatory variables,and land lease subcontract,land transfer,land exchange,land share cooperation and the number of land transfer disputes are taken as the core explanatory variables.The agricultural machinery total power,agricultural fertilizer application and last year rural residents per capita disposable income variable as a control variable,using the OLS regression model for empirical analysis,study how farmland circulation affect agricultural production efficiency,in order to further verify the reliability of the analysis model,this thesis through LM autocorrelation test and White test the rationality of the test model,finally through the full text systematic induction and comb the following conclusions:(1)Land transfer has a negative impact on labor production efficiency.The transferred land is used for "non-agricultural" construction,resulting in a decrease in agricultural farmland and a decrease in total agricultural output value,thus affecting labor productivity.(2)Land lease amount has a positive impact on land yield rate.Land lease can solve the abandonment of land contracted by farmers,promote the large-scale agricultural operation,effectively improve the output of agricultural products,and positively affect the land yield rate;(3)land transfer disputes have a negative impact on the land yield rate.The terms of the transfer contract are not comprehensive and the content is not specific,which causes the disputes that affect the efficiency of land transfer.Many farmers will choose to withdraw from the land transfer after the land transfer disputes.This behavior is not conducive to the integration of land resources and the development of large-scale management,and affects the output rate of land.According to the above research conclusions,the corresponding policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the policy of agricultural land transfer:first,to strictly control the use of rural land transfer to ensure the area of cultivated land;second,to promote farmers to participate in the transfer of agricultural land independently and encourage the development of scale operation;third,to fulfill the transfer contract and standardize the transfer procedures.
