China’s per capita arable land resources are small,strengthening arable land protection,promoting intensive use of arable land,and improving the efficiency of agricultural land use are inevitable requirements of my country’s agricultural production.With the continuous development of land circulation,the impact of land circulation on the efficiency of agricultural land use has attracted widespread attention in academia.Academia believes that land circulation is an important means to promote the unbalanced distribution of land resources and tend to balance,but there are different conclusions about how land circulation affects the efficiency of agricultural land use.The impact of land transfer on agricultural land use efficiency is different,which is related to the indicators and sample periods used by existing studies to measure agricultural land use efficiency.Therefore,based on the existing research,this paper uses the survey data of farmers in 2018 and 2019 and 2002-2017 macro statistics to analyze the impact of land transfer on the overall technical efficiency,land productivity and labor productivity of agricultural land use efficiency under current agricultural production conditions.In order to comprehensively and accurately analyze the impact of land transfer on the efficiency of agricultural land use,for the explanatory variable land transfer,we selected four indicators: micro-farm level land transfer in and land transfer out,macro level land transfer area and land scale transfer to measure.Aiming at the explained variable agricultural land use efficiency,technical efficiency,land productivity and labor productivity are selected for measurement.Further use the literature research method to conduct a theoretical analysis of the relationship between the two,and put forward the research hypothesis of this article,using descriptive statistics and multiple regression method to analyze quantitative relationship between land transfer and agricultural land use efficiency,and the research conclusion of this article is drawn and countermeasures are proposed.The results of this study show that: at the level of micro-households,land transfer in will improve the technical efficiency and sub-efficiency of technical efficiency,land productivity and labor productivity;Land transfer out has a significant negative effect on technical efficiency,land productivity and labor productivity.At the macro level,the land transfer area and the technical efficiency of agricultural land use have an inverted U-shaped relationship,but the increase in land transfer area in most areas will negatively affect the technical efficiency;The land transfer area only has a promoting effect on land productivity and labor productivity;land scale transfer will reduce the technical efficiency and labor productivity of agricultural land use,There is an inverted U-shaped relationship with land productivity,but the current impact of land scale transfer on land productivity in most areas is negative.This study enriches and deepens the understanding of the impact of land transfer on agricultural land efficiency,provides ideas for further research on the improvement of agricultural land use efficiency,and specifically puts forward suggestions to improve the efficiency of agricultural land use efficiency. |
