Study On High Quality Development Evaluation Of Rural Tourism In Heilongjiang Province

"rural areas,rural areas and farmers",build beautiful rural areas and realize rural industry revitalization because of the role of rural tourism in increasing farmers’ income and promoting rural industrial transformation and upgrading.Under the background of the new era,grasping the connotation of high-quality development of rural tourism and exploring the path of highquality development of rural tourism are not only complying with the trend of economic development and the inevitable requirements of responding to the call of policies,but also meeting the realistic requirements of rural tourism consumption market and promoting industry to improve quality and efficiency.However,in reality,in the process of rural tourism development,the rapid development of rural tourism also has a series of problems such as insufficient protection of resources and environment,uncoordinated development of industrial factors,lack of development power and so on.Therefore,promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism is an important task of The Times.This study takes the high-quality development of rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province as the research object.Starting from the profound connotation of high-quality development,this paper first analyzes the connotation of high-quality development of rural tourism with the help of system theory method,and then constructs the corresponding index evaluation system according to the connotation of high-quality development of rural tourism.In addition,entropy method,coupled coordination model and geoda spatial visualization method were used to evaluate the high-quality development of rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province from 2011 to 2019.Finally,the influencing factors of the high-quality development of rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province were summarized,and the corresponding regression model was constructed for empirical analysis,and corresponding suggestions were given accordingly.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Generally speaking,the coupling coordination degree of the three systems of rural tourism in Heilongjiang has been rising during the 9 years from 2011 to 2019,indicating that its development quality has been continuously provided and reached the highest level in 2019,the year of statistics in this paper.From the subsystem dimension,the three subsystems have a certain growth,among which the resource and environment subsystem has the fastest growth,followed by the industrial economy,and the social culture has the slowest growth,which is almost stable.Before 2015,the level of social culture subsystem was higher than that of industrial economy subsystem and resource environment subsystem.From the perspective of space,the development of rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province is not balanced in space.The high quality development degree of urban and rural tourism with large population,developed economy and rich tourism resources reaches a high or medium level,whereas the high quality is at a low level.There is basically no change in the level of development of cities,which indicates that the development of rural tourism in those places lacks impetus,does not form a coordinated relationship with the local social environment,and the high quality development degree of rural tourism is not ideal.(2)based on the influence of rural tourism in heilongjiang province high quality empirical,found that the six factors for the development of regional economic development level,traffic conditions,resources endowment and government intervention in rural tourism of heilongjiang province quality have positive positive role in promoting development,and promote the degree of traffic condition>regional economic development level>>government intervention resources endowment;However,science,technology and ecological environment have no significant effect on promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism in Heilongjiang Province,which indicates that the role of science,technology and ecological environment in promoting the high-quality development of rural tourism has not really emerged and needs to be further improved in the future.(3)improve the extent of the heilongjiang province rural tourism quality,can from the following five aspects,one is to promote industrial convergence and improve the efficiency of the rural tourism development with high quality,the second is to strengthen the top-level design,drawing the rural tourism quality scientific development blueprint,the third is to promote scientific and technological innovation,stimulate the rural tourism development of new high quality kinetic energy,four is implementing the green development concept,To consolidate the foundation for high-quality development of rural tourism,fifth,attach importance to people’s well-being and consolidate the achievements of high-quality development of rural tourism.
