transformation and upgrading.High-quality development provides an important impetus for giving full play to the economic,social,ecological and cultural benefits of tourism and optimizing the structure of tourism industry;smart tourism development provides an effective way and important support for meeting the diversified and personalized needs of tourists,promoting the diversification of tourism services and products,and giving birth to new tourism industry through the comprehensive application of modern information technology.In the context of building a world-class tourism destination and a strong tourism province,Yunnan Province is used as a case study to study the coupling and coordination relationship between Smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism and its internal dynamic mechanism,which can enrich the development of smart tourism.It is of theoretical and practical value to evaluate the level of smart tourism development,the coupled and coordinated development trend of smart tourism and high-quality development of tourism in Yunnan Province,and the dynamic mechanism of coupled and coordinated development of smart tourism and high-quality development of tourism in Yunnan Province,as well as to provide evaluation basis and decision reference for the high quality development of tourism in Yunnan Province,and to help improve the competitiveness of tourism in Yunnan Province.Smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism is not only an important way to improve the quality and efficiency of tourism technology.In the context of building a world-class tourism destination and a tourism-powerful province in Yunnan,it is important to study the coupling and coordination relationship and its inner dynamics mechanism between smart tourism development and highquality development of tourism.This study takes 16 cities and towns in Yunnan Province as the research case sites,and is guided by the theories of total quality management,industrial structure optimization,and coordinated development,etc.Based on a systematic review of the research background,domestic and international research progress,relevant concepts,and coupling mechanism of smart tourism and high-quality tourism coupled and coordinated development,and based on the relevant data and research data from 2014 to 2020,we use the literature analysis method,the Based on the data and research data from 2014 to 2020,the evaluation index system of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism level is constructed by using various models and methods such as literature analysis method,subject-objective combination assignment method,TOPSIS method,coupled coordination degree model,exploratory spatiotemporal data analysis,gray prediction analysis,and geographic probe model,etc.,to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the comprehensive development level of smart tourism and high-quality tourism,coupled coordination development situation,and coordination development trend prediction in Yunnan Province.In this paper,we analyze the inner dynamic mechanism of coupled and coordinated development between the two systems,and propose corresponding optimization strategies.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows.1.Smart tourism can build the development level evaluation index system from four target layers including infrastructure construction level,factor guarantee level,information service level and publicity and marketing level,nine guideline layers such as infrastructure construction,technical support and policy guarantee,19 factor layers such as the number of cell phone year-end users;tourism high quality development can build the level evaluation index system from five major development including innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing system goal layer,including innovation output capacity,innovation support capacity and other 12 indicators of the guidelines layer,including the number of tourism patents,tourism industry agglomeration and other 35 indicators of the factor layer to build the level evaluation index system.2.In the evaluation model of smart tourism development level,the highest weight of infrastructure level in the target layer,the highest weight score of publicity and marketing effect in the guideline layer,and the highest weight proportion of microblog interaction volume in the factor layer;in the evaluation model of high-quality development of tourism level,the highest weight score of innovation development system in the target layer,the highest weight score of innovation support ability in the guideline layer,and the highest weight score of tourism R&D in the factor layer The highest weighting of investment in tourism.3.From the overall characteristics of ephemerality,the overall development level of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism in Yunnan Province shows an upward trend,but there is an uneven development trend among states and cities,and the overall absolute difference in development is gradually expanding,while the relative difference is gradually narrowing;from the spatial evolution characteristics,the comprehensive development level of smart tourism development in Yunnan Province gradually forms a spatial development structure with Kunming as the main core and Dali-Lijiang and Xishuangbanna as the two sub-core;the spatial development structure of high-quality development of tourism is gradually formed.The spatial development structure of Kunming as the main core,Dali-Lijiang and Xishuangbanna as the secondary core;the unbalanced phenomenon of tourism high quality integrated development level gradually weakened,and gradually formed the spatial development pattern of Kunming as the extreme core,Yuxi as the secondary core,Diqing-Lijiang-Dali piecewise linkage,and Xishuangbanna pointwise distribution.4.From the overall characteristics of ephemerality,the overall coordination degree of two systems of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism in Yunnan Province is not high,and the coordination level shows a steady increasing trend;from the spatial evolution characteristics,the overall spatial distribution pattern of "core-edge" with Lijiang,Dali,Kunming and Xishuangbanna as the core gradually forms.The spatial development pattern of Chuxiong,Yuxi,Honghe and Pu’er as a whole,Diqing and Baoshan are scattered;the relative priority of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism has experienced the trend of change from high-quality development of tourism ahead to smart tourism development,and the relative priority of each state and city shows the trend of approaching to relative synchronous development.From the viewpoint of spatial relevance characteristics,it has not shown significant spatial agglomeration for the time being,and has not formed the spatial pattern of regional linkage development,but there is a trend of increasing spatial positive correlation area,and the spatial heterogeneity of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems is slowly narrowing.5.The coupled and coordinated development of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism of the two systems is predicted that the overall level of coupled coordination will rise from near coordination to barely coordinated level,and the overall spatial layout of the coupled coordination of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism in Yunnan Province in the next five years will remain basically the same as in 2020,and the "core-edge" spatial pattern is still more significant.6.Smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism of the two systems coupled coordinated development power mechanism,tourism market demand drive effect is the strongest,tourism innovation potential,wisdom marketing level,tourism resources abundance,information infrastructure,development of financial security,public service construction,the level of openness to the outside world,resource allocation efficiency of the remaining eight power factors drive effect in decreasing order,and the interaction between the driving factors The type of interaction between each driving factor is two-factor enhanced,and each driving factor works together to constitute the driving mechanism of the coupled and coordinated development of smart tourism wisdom and high-quality tourism in Yunnan Province.7.According to the actual situation of the comprehensive development level of smart tourism development and high-quality development of tourism,and the coupled and coordinated development of the two systems in Yunnan Province,we propose some optimization measures,such as forming a new pattern of linkage development by optimizing the spatial layout,promoting industrial integration to cultivate a new tourism development mode,all-round factor optimization to enhance high-quality supply capacity,promoting digital construction to enhance the wisdom driving efficiency,strengthening publicity to shape a new tourism brand and new image,etc. |
