People are the most important property in organization enterprise.In this competitive environment,the employee is an important core in advantage of enterprise’s development competence and a key factor in business management as well.The survey of employee satisfaction can not only make an enterprise understand employee satisfaction and working status but warns administrator make some adjustment in company’s system and management in order to achieve "win-win" between company and employee.Employee dissatisfaction is always a vital problem of the management of human resource in banking business.Relative research shows "when employee feel satisfied,they will have positive contribution and lower resign rate in enterprise".As well,employees factors will affect the acknowledge of employee satisfaction trend.As a consequence,the survey of employee satisfaction is not only an academic study but help administrator understand employee to make a priority of key solutions and improve enterprise organization and strengthen organizational function.Compared with the development speed of stock-holding banks,the development of Nation-Owned Banks is relatively slow.Although employee satisfaction is an important part of bank management,some Nation-Owned Banks have begun to conduct employee satisfaction surveys,but many surveys have failed to produce expected results.The survey results show that the reason why some Nation-Owned Banks staff’s satisfaction is relatively low is mainly due to the promotion system and salary of state-owned banks.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and study the problems of employee satisfaction in Nation-Owned Banks.This paper selects China Construction Bank A sub-branch as a case study,focusing on the analysis of the bank’s employee satisfaction at this stage.Through systematic analysis and in-depth research,we find that the main reason for the low employee satisfaction of China Construction Bank A sub-branch is that there is no perfect management system.Through the investigation of the current staff satisfaction of the branch,the author summarizes the problems in staff management and carries out further research.The purpose of this study is below:to find out the hinted factors that employee really need from their views and make enterprise can meet their need most rapidly,this study shows a conclusion to understand the definite differences of job satisfaction from employee with different ages,and then puts forward targeted suggestions for improvement.
