Corporate culture is the full embodiment of the spiritual quality of an enterprise,the core soul of its development,and plays a vital role in achieving stable,healthy and sustainable development.As for the power of culture,deeply molten in the creativity,cohesion,and even vitality of the sustainable development of enterprise.In the modern competition pattern of "people-oriented" enterprise culture construction and management,humanistic care and people-oriented are highly unified,and humanistic care is the core content of enterprise document construction and management.ZWY is a scientific research unit engaged in military industry,weapons and etc.It is the only nuclear weapons development and production unit in China and shoulders the key mission of the prosperity of the nation.ZWY is in the environment of strong competition in the world military research,combined with the new era of national defense and military modernization needs to be deeply integrated into the economic and social development system of the justneeded properties,facing the long-term mechanism and the "establishment of the disease","low enterprise temperature" and so on,the construction and management of corporate culture is relatively lagging behind and there are some problems in the material,spiritual,institutional and implementation levels.How to build and manage a good corporate culture from the perspective of humanistic care is a key factor for the stable,healthy and sustainable development of an enterprise.Therefore,it is particularly important and urgent for ZWY to optimize the construction and management of corporate documents in the context of humanistic care.On the premise of reviewing the background and significance of the research topic,this thesis explains the development history,current situation and achievements,existing problems and directions for breakthroughs and innovations of corporate culture research at home and abroad.As a literature of the research direction,this thesis puts forward the subject "Research on the construction and management of ZWY’s corporate culture under the perspective of humanistic care" and objectively explores the construction and management characteristics of ZWY corporate culture from the perspective of humanistic care.Through the case study from the Cheng Ke Centre of ZWY,the problems and causes of ZWY’s current corporate culture construction and management are analyzed by questionnaire research and other tools such as a multi-dimensional analysis is constructed from the perspectives of human-oriented culture construction and management optimization,combined with the immediate needs of corporate culture strategy,in order to finally formulate a set of optimization strategies that meet the needs of corporate characteristics and strategic development.The material,institutional and spiritual aspects of the corporate culture optimization programme ensure that the optimization strategy is implemented efficiently and has the desired effect.The research of ZWY’s corporate culture construction and management optimization in the context of humanistic care not only deeply optimizes ZWY’s corporate culture construction and management functions but also provides some theoretical references for other similar enterprises.
