In February 2023,General Secretary Xi once again put forward a new great blueprint for rural modernization, indicating that the development of agriculture has always been the most important part of China’s national economic development,high-quality development will be the theme of China’s future economic and social development, and agriculture is currently in the historical period of turning to high-quality development. At present, there are some problems in China’s agriculture, such as excessive development of resources, decentralized production and operation, and backward application technology.Agriculture must find new drivers to achieve high-quality agricultural development. So,what is the impact of the digital economy on high-quality agricultural development? What is the internal influence mechanism? These are all questions worth studying and thinking about.Taking 2011-2020 as the research period, the research object is 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China, except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan.first,To review and summarize the relevant literature on the development of digital economy and high-quality agriculture,Analyze the direct influence and action mechanism of digital economy in the process of high-quality agricultural development;next,To build an evaluation index system for the development of digital economy and high-quality agricultural development,Using the entropy value method to measure the high-quality agricultural development in China and various provinces(cities, autonomous regions);then,The fixed effect model model was used to empirically test the impact of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture in China,While establishing a model of the mediation effect,To test the impact of the digital economy on high-quality agricultural development through technological innovation,Calculate the corresponding mediation effect;next,Regional grouping according to the level of regional digital economy development,To carefully examine the difference in the influence of digital economy on high-quality agricultural development. Finally, through the analysis of empirical results, policy suggestions are put forward for the digital economy to boost the high-quality development of agriculture in China. The main conclusions are: from 2011 to 2020,the more digital infrastructure in 30provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions),the higher the high-quality agricultural development level;the higher the industrial digital level, the higher the level of digital industrialization, the higher the level of high-quality agricultural development. Then, the research hypothesis proposed in this thesis is verified from the three dimensions of the digital economy.Under the premise of other conditions, the digital economy is positively correlated with the high-quality agricultural development.Through the mechanism inspection,it is found that technological innovation has a positive impact on the high-quality agricultural development, indicating that technological innovation plays a role in the high-quality development of agricultural economy, and indicates that in the digital economy, technological innovation plays a partial intermediary role in affecting the high-quality development of agriculture in China. The 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)are divided into three categories of high, medium and low level of digital economy development, corresponding to the high digital economy group, middle digital economy group and low digital economy group respectively.Under different groups, the influence of digital economy on the high-quality development of agriculture in China is heterogeneous.Accordingly, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:improve the policies and laws and regulations, make the policies as the guarantee for the construction of a new digital countryside, and make the high-quality agricultural development have laws and regulations;strengthen the supporting system of rural technological innovation incentive policies, and guide more scientific research institutions to carry out digital agricultural students through policies... |
