Currently,the international situation is becoming increasingly complex,with global economic and trade frictions constantly escalating,and the problem of global supply chain disruptions becoming more prominent.The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that our country should "focus on improving the resilience and security level of the industrial chain and supply chain." It can be seen that the issue of improving the resilience of the supply chain has risen to the level of international strategy,which is closely related to national security and economic development.At the same time,under the wave of digital economy,the acceleration and iteration of digital intelligent technology have promoted the transformation and upgrading of various industries.People also concern about how digital intelligent technology can empower the supply chain and help it maintain a normal and benign development trend under the impact of uncertain events.Based on this,this paper hopes to conduct in-depth case studies and track the development process of the core enterprise supply chain,explore the formation mechanism of supply chain resilience,and the empowering role played by digital intelligent technology in it.This article takes Lenovo as the research object,using exploratory case study method based on event system theory,deeply explores the path of enterprise supply chain capability formation.It reveals the activation mode of enterprise resilience under different risk events,the impact of ambidextrous learning on the resilience formation process,and the role of digital intelligent technology played in this process.The study found that event intensity,duration,and spatial diffusion range affect the activation mode of enterprise resilience.Enterprises tend to have a defensive response in passive events with higher intensity,and tend to have a growth response in passive events with lower intensity,and they obtain and integrate resources utilizing exploitative learning.As the accumulation of risk response experience and core capabilities enhance,the activation mode of enterprise resilience in passive events changes from defensive response to anticipatory response,actively creating events to prevent crises,and using both exploitative and exploratory learning for resource allocation and development,continuously improving resilience capability.Digital intelligent technology can enable the formation of supply chain resilience by deploying digitalization depth and breadth to improve basic resilience elements such as agility,robustness,flexibility,and collaboration in the supply chain.Under the influence of events,this is manifested as the strengthening of resilience capability.In the process of supply chain iteration and optimization,the number of active events increases while passive events decrease,gradually forming a positive feedback loop for enhancing supply chain resilience capability.The research conclusions have certain theoretical and practical significance for how enterprises can enhance supply chain resilience capability in dynamic and complex environments.
