of agricultural products as the core,the Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District of Datong is faced with the challenge of improving the supply chain efficiency,product quality and market competitiveness.These problems not only restrict the development of Hemerocallis citrina industry in Yunzhou District,but also affect the income of farmers and the purchase experience of consumers.The Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District urgently needs to be optimized and upgraded.With the support and guidance of national policies,digital technology has developed rapidly.Artificial intelligence,Big data,the Internet of Things,cloud computing and other technologies have been able to achieve large-scale applications,which has laid an important technical foundation for digital intelligence enabling all walks of life.The rise of the digital economy and the application of emerging technologies are driving the transformation of the supply chain,especially in the agricultural field,which shows greater application potential.Using Big data to guide agricultural production and consumption has achieved a series of successful practices,and digital intelligence empowerment has become an important trend in the upgrading of the agricultural supply chain.At the same time,it has also led to the rise of supply chain digital intelligence transformation service providers in different fields,which has provided feasible solutions and sufficient technical support for the digital intelligence upgrading of supply chains in different industries.Digital intelligence empowerment has brought new development opportunities for the upgrading of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District.In addition,domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the digital intelligence of the supply chain of characteristic agricultural products is relatively small,especially in the upgrading of the Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District.Therefore,in the face of opportunities and challenges,this paper takes digital intelligence empowerment as the background,Hemerocallis citrina supply chain as the research object,explores the use of emerging technologies and digital means,and aims to propose the path to achieve the upgrading of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District under digital intelligence empowerment,which has strong practical significance and theoretical value.This article adopts a combination of literature research,field research,and case analysis methods.First of all,through combing the relevant literature,the current research results were clarified,so as to determine the research direction of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain upgrading in the context of digital intelligence empowerment,and further clarify the concepts of digital intelligence supply chain,etc.,to guide the research on Hemerocallis citrina supply chain upgrading in Yunzhou District with supply chain management and other related theories.Secondly,through field research,on the research of the development status and existing problems of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain,the paper analyzes them from the micro level,meso level and macro level respectively.The chain nodes,existing models and policy environment corresponding to the development status of the supply chain,as well as the various nodes,the whole chain and policy support that should address the problems of the supply chain.Then,through case analysis,the internal logic,practical basis,technology application and impact effect behind the supply chain upgrading path of Shaanxi Baishui Apple and Panzhihua Yanbian Mango are studied to provide experience and reference for the supply chain upgrading of Hemerocallis citrina in Yunzhou District.Finally,under the premise of comprehensive consideration of the interaction of its realization paths,the combination mode of "enterprise+platform+park" is proposed,and the government’s policy support is taken as the guarantee,as the realization path of digital intelligence of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District,to provide a feasible solution for the digital intelligence development of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District of Datong.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In the current context,the digital and intelligent development of the supply chain of regional characteristic agricultural products can be achieved,and the digital and intelligent development of the supply chain is the upgrading direction of the Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District.(2)The Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District has a good industrial foundation and policy environment internally,and has huge market potential and mature supply chain transformation service providers externally.The digital and intelligent upgrading of the supply chain is valuable and feasible.(3)Put forward the realization path of digital intelligence of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District,which is to promote the digital upgrading of the industry by establishing a product quality and safety traceability system,promote the transformation of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain mode by building a digital intelligence platform,create a digital intelligence supply chain core node by building a logistics industrial park,and promote the digital intelligence development of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain by improving policy support.(4)This paper puts forward two stages of building a digital intelligent platform for Hemerocallis citrina supply chain in Yunzhou District.Based on the above research conclusions,to improve policy support and promote the digital and intelligent development of Hemerocallis citrina supply chain,corresponding support policies are proposed from four aspects:(1)industrial park construction.(2)Digital upgrade.(3)Brand building.(4)Talent development. |
