The superposition of big data,blockchain,5G and other digital technologies and finance has ushered in innovation,development and reform of the entire financial industry,but has brought a huge impact on traditional commercial banks.First,non-financial institutions use fintech to create scenario-based finance and challenge the status of commercial banks as payment intermediaries.Second,non-financial institutions combine digital technology with financial products to create more attractive financial products and attract a large number of customers.Finally,many banks are undergoing digital transformation,resulting in increased competition among peers.In 2018,the head office of ICBC began to deploy the digital operation strategy,and in 2019,it officially launched the open ecology of smart bank,equipped with a lot of intelligent hardware and software,and gradually promoted the digital transformation,but there are still many shortcomings.It is worth thinking about how to optimize the operation and management of smart banks and enhance their market competitiveness.This paper adopts the method of literature research,interview and questionnaire.Firstly,the domestic and foreign research reviews are sorted out,and the research focus and research results are summarized.Secondly,through personal interviews with employees and line leaders of ICBC YZ branch and questionnaire survey of customers,the operation and management status of ICBC YZ Branch is summarized and some existing problems are found.In this paper,the YZ branch of ICBC is selected as the research object.First of all,the initial achievements of the development of the current smart bank are summarized.The main achievements include the initial construction of digital ecology,the realization of data sharing enabling,the significant improvement of digital technology,the comprehensive upgrade of digital channels,and the two highlights of the operation of the smart bank in the YZ branch.They are digital fund monitoring assisted precision marketing and personalized customized YZ cigarette payment inter-bank settlement system.At the same time,by combining the results of the questionnaire survey and integrating the interview data,it concludes that there are still deficiencies in the operation and management of the smart bank in ICBC YZ Branch,including the lack of fintech talents,the insufficient support for the operation and management of the smart bank by information collection technology and analysis,and the insufficient risk control ability.And then analyze several aspects that need to be optimized,including:talent team construction,increasing investment in digital technology,improving data processing level,optimizing operation management system,business process and service optimization.Based on the feasibility analysis of optimization in these aspects,this paper proposes optimization countermeasures for operation and management of ICBC YZ Branch smart bank,such as developing a sound operation and management system,reserving high-quality talents,optimizing big data system,improving customer experience,and establishing efficient risk control mechanism.The purpose is for ICBC YZ Branch to further improve the operation management system of smart bank,improve its operation management level,and thus better play its financial service function in the digital era.Meanwhile,it hopes to provide referable countermeasures and suggestions for the digital development of commercial banks.
