With the continuous development of digital technology,it is infiltrating into the financial industry with brand-new ideas,business formats and models.Commercial Banks is one of the important participants in the financial industry,commercial Banks to digital transformation has gradually become the main trend of development and upgrading,strengthen artificial intelligence,cloud computing,block chain,the introduction of emerging digital technologies such as big data is not only considered the development of high quality commercial Banks,but also is the hot issue of academic research.This thesis takes Z Bank,a small and medium-sized commercial bank,as the research object,and selects large state-owned banks and joint-stock commercial banks different from the digital transformation research of most financial industries.In addition,the accurate analysis of digital transformation in the internal operation links of commercial banks is different from most example studies that focus on retail business nodes,credit business nodes,corporate business nodes and other highly profitable links.The data analysis discusses the importance of digital transformation for small and medium-sized commercial banks.This thesis introduces the implementation projects in the digital transformation of the bank by using the flow digital diagram,carefully examines the digital technology application in the operation transformation,and comprehensively analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the operation nodes in the external environment of the digital transformation,as well as the opportunities and threats in the internal environment through SWOT analysis method.On this basis,it puts forward the relevant countermeasures of digital transformation of Z Bank targeted.From the perspective of operational digital transformation,we hope to supplement and enrich the theoretical and practical research on the digital transformation of the financial industry.Research shows that Z bank in the use of digital technology for digital transformation at the same time,should be with its own strategy,organization,talent,data,platform,the combination of innovation business process and use technology innovation path,establish user-centered business management operation mode,the use of data driven to form a comprehensive and fine operation system.The research results of this thesis are intended to enrich the research content of the digital transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks,hoping to have certain guiding significance for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized commercial banks.Digital transformation is both opportunities and challenges for small and medium-sized commercial banks.Only by actively overcoming the crisis can we see that the production efficiency and profitability of small and medium-sized commercial banks can be effectively improved.
