With the rapid development of economy and society,the banking industry is facing the pressure of transformation from many aspects.With the progress of digital technology,the transformation of regulatory requirements and customer needs,digital transformation has become a must for all banking and financial institutions.After the people’s Bank of China released the financial technology development plan 219-2021 in 2019,the people’s Bank of China released the financial technology development plan 2022-2025 at the end of 2021.Subsequently,in January 2022,the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the guiding opinions on the digital transformation of the banking and insurance industry,which gave more explicit guidance on the digital transformation of the banking industry.The digital transformation driven by financial technology is a major opportunity for commercial banks to build a rich financial service system.Therefore,banks must follow the trend and accelerate the transformation from the top-level design,business process,organizational form,security system and corporate culture.Only in this way can they make steady progress under the new competition pattern.Based on the current requirements of digital transformation,this paper selects the centralized operation module of Bank X for research,finds out the existing problems through the analysis of the current situation,and proposes corresponding solutions,so as to provide reference for the centralized operation transformation of Bank X at this stage.Through research and analysis,it is found that there are many fundamental problems in the digital transformation of X Bank’s centralized operation:the quality and efficiency of business processes need to be improved;Inadequate awareness and enthusiasm of employees for transformation;The timeliness and comprehensiveness of risk monitoring are insufficient.Through the analysis and research of the case,four aspects of improvement needs are proposed:first,the construction of centralized operation system and team culture,second,the construction of centralized operation system and the optimization of business processes,third,the adjustment of the entire operation mode and organizational form,and fourth,the improvement of risk management level.In this series of transformations,it is indispensable to build a series of security systems such as systems,technologies and talents.Therefore,digital transformation is a systematic project,which cannot be achieved overnight.It can only be carried out on the basis of the existing gradual reform.It is a process of continuous research and practice.In this era,with the ever-changing external environment,the digital transformation of commercial banks must not be done behind closed doors.They must follow the demand characteristics of the service group to improve,and at the same time strengthen cooperation with the outside world.With continuous reform and innovation,the internal system will undergo a subversive transformation,and the service level of the entire financial system will also jump to a higher stage.
