In recent years,China’s economy is transforming at the same time rapidly.The speed of development is also accelerating.The enterprises in our country both in scale and in quantity have shown a significant upward trend.Among these changes,state-owned enterprises are the most significant,especially in industrial scale,the number of personnel and productivity,and other fields,have a very obvious rise.In the later development process,the key element of sustainable development must be human resource management,and in the company’s human capital management system is the most core content,should be the performance management system.Based on this,it is very important for enterprises to establish a scientific and reasonable performance management mechanism,and more stringent requirements have been put forward in this aspect at the present stage.In order to accelerate the rate of enterprise structural adjustment,improve enterprise reform.Many enterprises began to devote themselves to the study of performance management in the hope of providing impetus for the development of enterprises and enhancing the overall strength of enterprises.C Investment Company is a state-owned investment enterprise,involved in gas station construction,new energy industry,major infrastructure construction,tourism and cultural industry and other fields.This paper aims at the specific practice of performence management of C Investment Company.First of all,the research background and significance are delineated,so as to clarify the research content and point out the direction of the research ideas and methods.Secondly,the definition,methods and other aspects of performance management are described.Combined with related theory discussion,to invest in C company is currently using performance management system is analyzed,through the questionnaire survey to find out the problems existing in the current performance management system,such as performance management goal is not clear,lack of communication and coaching,performance results associated with compensation is unreasonable,inadequate performance evaluation result application,etc.,So as to further analyze the causes of the problems existing in the performance management system of C Investment Company,and on this basis,clarify the objectives,ideas and principles of improving the performance management system of C Investment Company.Secondly,based on the above research,the performance management system of C Investment Company is improved in four aspects: performance planning,communication and guidance,assessment and feedback.Finally,in order to successfully implement the improved design of C Investment Company’s performance management system,four guarantee measures are formulated,including strengthening the recognition and attention of the company’s decision makers,scientific and comprehensive analysis of business system,further strengthening of staff training,and organic integration of performance management and corporate culture.
