With the development of economic globalization,the competition in the market becomes fierce increasingly. If enterprises want to survive and get more developing opportunities for the choice,they should take the method of improving performance, they should catch every opportunities,and improve their comprehensive strength, then the company can establish an unassailable position in the competition. Performance appraisal is the core of human resource management in enterprises. The results of the performance evaluation can make the staff find their shortcomings in the work,in order to get more development,we must take measures to improve the situation. Therefore,in order to improve the performance of the whole enterprise,we must pay attention to the improvement of the performance of each employee,so that the enterprise's comprehensive strength will be improved,the business goals can be achieved,and enterprises in the same industry also have a competitive advantage.At present,the performance evaluation of HD company in Henan is no longer suitable for the development of the company,and to a certain extent,it hinders the development of the company. Therefore,this paper aims to optimize the existing performance evaluation of HD company in Henan,and improve the performance of each employee, so as to improve the overall performance and comprehensive strength, so that enterprises can effectively develop. This paper firstly introduces the background, purpose, research methods and structure,then analyzes the present status of the company's performance evaluation,and finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of these problems,then combines with the actual situation of the company and each employee's job,using two methods including the Balanced Scorecard and key performance indicators, the company's top management and general staff performance evaluation were designed, the new index system, the corresponding weight or the evaluation cycle. Again,in order to make the performance evaluation more perfect and more comprehensive, fair and impartial open, putting forward 360 degree assessment of employees,and suggests that the assessment results feedback to the assessment to be himself, make employees aware of their shortcomings in the work, then they avoid the shortcomings consciously, then presents the application of assessment results in the employee level lifting, salary management, personnel training and other human resources development and other functions, finally in order to make the optimization performance effectively and smooth implementation, it puts forward the scheme of the implementation steps, including performance planning, performance monitoring, performance evaluation and performance feedback four aspects, and provides the corresponding measures the organization, including security,system security and personnel security.The performance evaluation of HD company in Henan has been optimized, so that every employee can do their best, and find the most suitable position for every staff.The company's overall performance will be improved, the company can effectively develop the company's strategic objectives, and achieved obvious advantages in the industry competition.
