Recently,with the deepening of the Supply side structural reforms that was put forward to the Central Committee of CPC,under the new situation,the complex and profound changes in the form of enterprise operation have also increased.The competition pressure of the industry has also increased.In the face of “how to accurately grasp the development trend of the market,how to ensure that enterprises occupy a favorable position in the competition,how to develop in line with market demand for corporate strategic objectives,how to steadily enhance the core competitiveness of products,"and so on,managers are increasingly aware that if not a good deal with such problems will give Enterprises have a heavy impact.As an important link in the operation and management of HR management,HR management plays a pivotal role in the operation of enterprises,and the employee performance management system is the key of human resource management.In this paper,the performance management system of MX Machinery Company is taken as the research object.Through the collection of relevant information about employee performance management of MX machinery company,and based on the theory and method of scientific performance management,this paper deeply analyzes the performance of MX company Management of the key issues.Mainly using the combination of theoretical and empirical research methods,given the corresponding improvement program and its safeguard measures.In order to study the performance management system of MX company employees,we mainly carry out the following work:(1)With the help of books,literature,network and other means to collect the performance management related cases and theories,so that they have a certain theoretical basis,and on this basis,to build the subject of research content,research methods and papers frame.(2)A brief description of the basic operation of MX Machinery Company,the organizational structure of functions and the allocation of personnel at alllevels,the use of field visits,questionnaires and other research methods to understand the status of MX machinery company performance management,focusing on the analysis of the problems & causes of the employee performance management.(3)Based on the actual situation of MX Machinery Company,and for the MX machine company in the performance management of the lack of theoretical training,the goal is fuzzy,the relevant system is not perfect,the assessment indicators are not systematic and the use of inadequate and other major issues,Aiming at the improvement plan of employee performance management of MX Machinery Company,a set of relatively perfect implementation steps is given,which is of great practical significance.By decomposing the strategic objectives of MX Machinery Company,the employee's mission goal is consistent with the enterprise goal,More conducive to the realization of the company's strategic objectives;through the establishment of the upper and lower responsibilities and co-commitment and many counseling and communication mechanisms,more conducive to ease the relationship between managers and employee;through the lower level of communication and counseling,more conducive to stimulate employee initiative and enthusiasm.(4)To ensure the smooth implementation of the new program,put forward the corresponding safeguards.
