With the development of our country's economy into a new normal state,the market environment of iron and steel enterprises is becoming more and more complex and varied.The increasing pressure of market competition means that the enterprise will face the pressure of survival for a long time.The iron and steel enterprises want to stand in an invincible position in the fierce competition,they must constantly improve their efficiency and performance with the help of scientific performance appraisal to realize the management.Moreover,it is necessary to continuously promote the management level and achieve a significant improvement for the economic benefits.Based on the actual situation of performance appraisal in DZ iron and steel enterprise,the author has wrote this article,hoping to provide reference for similar enterprises through the research of performance evaluation.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of performance appraisal for iron and steel enterprises,and elaborates the research status of performance appraisal at home and abroad,main framework and theoretical basis.On this basis,combined with the DZ iron and steel company performance appraisal situation,the problems existing in the performance assessment of the company are analyzed through questionnaire survey.Then the necessity of implementing KPI management is elaborated,which provides objective facts for DZ iron and steel company to carry out performance evaluation system optimization.Secondly,combined with the related theories of performance appraisal and the problems of performance appraisal in DZ company,the performance appraisal index system of DZ iron and steel enterprises is further optimized.On the basis of clear objectives and guiding principles,the process of optimizing the design of performance appraisal system for DZ iron and steel enterprises is elaborated,and the method of determining the weights of key performance indicators is defined.The key performance indicators of DZ company are redesigned from three aspects of company level,departmental level and post level to ensure that the overall performance level of DZ enterprises has been improved.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of DZ's strategic objectives and performance appraisal optimization methods,a detailed analysis has been conducted on implementation basis,implementation principles and implementation steps.Furthermore,the comparison between the new performance appraisal system and the original appraisal system is made,and the implementation of the performance evaluation system for DZ iron and steel enterprises is put forward to ensure the effective implementation of the key performance indicators of the enterprises.
