As an important part of China’s economic system,state-owned enterprises play an important role in China’s market economy,and effectively promote the development of China’s economy.At present,the domestic market environment is complex and changeable.On the one hand,due to the impact of COVID-19,the economic downturn,although the government put forward the policy of expanding domestic demand and focusing on the domestic cycle,the market recovery is relatively slow.On the other hand,the development of local platform companies has been greatly restricted by the "No.15 Document" issued by China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.To realize self-growth and sustainable development of state-owned enterprises,training and building a high-quality middle-level management talent team is the core element,and also one of the indispensable conditions for the healthy and sound development of state-owned enterprises.How to train and motivate middle managers more effectively has become an indispensable issue in state-owned enterprises.However,most state-owned enterprises still have many obstacles and problems in the training work.How to improve the ability of state-owned enterprises to train middle managers to better serve the enterprise is a thorny problem facing state-owned enterprises at present.In this paper,GTK Company as the research target,through the interview survey,questionnaire survey and data analysis,to sort out the status quo of middle management training work,through the preliminary investigation of GTK company middle management training work in the existing shortcomings,mainly the training work is a mere form,the achievement transformation is not ideal;Lack of strategic planning for training development;The internal training mechanism of teachers is not perfect;Training effect evaluation and results into four aspects such as insufficient,at the same time build a competency model,get the leadership,personality,interpersonal ability,business level factors to the four categories of 27 GTK competency model,and based on the competency model,optimizing methods and measures for GTK company middle management training system is optimized.The optimization methods and measures proposed in this paper will help GTK company to improve the effectiveness of middle management training,and effectively help the middle management of GTK company to increase their professional level and improve their work performance.GTK Company is a representative local state-owned platform enterprise.The relevant research conclusions obtained from the exploration and investigation of GTK Company can also be used by other local state-owned platform enterprises of the same type. |
