Research On The Problems Of Financial Sharing Service Of WD Group

With the globalization of the economy and the intensification of competition among multinational corporations,in order to maintain a competitive advantage and find ways to reduce costs on a global scale,financial sharing services were born.Financial sharing services are the result of economic globalization and competition,as well as the internal process reengineering and organizational reform of enterprises.It centralizes the standard and highly repetitive work into sharing to achieve economies of scale,thus reducing the cost of the company as a whole and standardizing the management of the company.Financial sharing first emerged in foreign countries,and more than 80%of the top 500 enterprises have set up financial sharing services.Since it was first introduced into China by ZTE in 2005,the application advantages of financial sharing services have become increasingly prominent.In recent years,financial sharing services have mushroomed in China,and nearly 50%of China's top 100 companies have established financial sharing center.WD Group followed the trend and established the financial sharing service in 2015,this article takes the financial sharing service of WD Group as an example to introduce the business scope and process of the shared services of WD Group.I have introduced the online financial sharing services of WD Group including AP?GL?FA?GAIS,and the specific process of every business,but we also find that there are problems in the implementation process of WD Group financial sharing service,such as the difficulty of unified management of shared services,high employee turnover rate,high failure rate of payment,unclear performance evaluation of financial shared service,wrongly passed payments.These problems also exist in other financial sharing services.For each problem,this article deeply analyses the causes of the problems including WD Group's business complex,lack of effective incentive for employees,lack of swaying for master data maintenance,lack of performance appraisal system,lack of internal control.I have proposed corresponding solutions for each reason,which can be used by other financial sharing services.
